redandblue did you get some good stuff at the norwex party? I know their stuff is expensive (I'm embarrassed to admit that I have spent over 100 on norwex cloths) but I have tried other cheaper microfiber from Target and Amazon and it is not the same. Their cloths are amazing and we don't buy paper towels, so I figure we will make up the money eventually.
please don't mind my curiosity, but have you thought about last names. I was never married to Dds "father" and changed her name to match mine before she turned 2. So that's all she ever knew.
I've been thinking about that. I'm for sure changing my name back, it will be part of the divorce decree, but I'm having a hard time deciding on Jack, if I "should" or not.
I can see why you are struggling with this. Just to share my experience- my parents have been divorced all my life and growing up I hated not having the same last name as my mom. It wasn't that I didn't want to share the name with my dad; he was just as involved in my life as my mom, and he is a great dad. So in my situation, there wasn't really a fix that would have worked for me. But if Chris isn't going to be in J's life, then maybe J would like to have the same last name as the only parent in his life? Just thought I'd share, but I think whatever you decide will be fine.
So obviously I'm catching up here. Really random tidbit: as I'm catching up I'm reading some things by people that are also posted in the fb group. So I feel like I know the future. For example, I'm reading tmclawchick post about how she is excited about the couch arriving and I'm over here thinking "not gonna happen tmclawchick, sorry...." Haha. I need a life.
shellyr @janetheconquerer I don't know what is causing the fever, we're going to the doctor today. I called the nurse yesterday and she said if he still has a fever today to bring him in. If course the super high fever happened late last night. I've been alternating Tylenol and Motrin and loading him up on liquids.

We're heading out to breakfast as soon as sleeping beauty (DD) wakes up. We had planned on taking the kids to a family-friendly Oktoberfest in downtown Detroit but it's supposed to rain all day, booooo... We're going to get stuff done around the house instead. Maybe grocery shopping too, if I'm feeling bold and saucy today

I LOVE norwex!! Like love love their products! I have most of the key things (mop, a number of clothes, dusting mitt, dryer balls, cleaning stone and spray, etc.). I did order a few more things. They have a new bath mitt I can't wait to try!
