As for me, we got to hear the heart beat on 9/1. It was beating so fast, but I've convinced myself that the Dr was listening to something else and not the heart beat, lol! I'm an idiot. I have my 20 week scan on 10/2.
At work the other day I got pretty upset bc I was telling a co-worker how bummed I was that I wasn't yet showing, and she looked at me and goes "you honestly think you'll show" my response was "I know I'm a chubby girl, but I can't hide a watermelon in there unnoticed!"
I took my first weekly photo yesterday, and I think I am starting to show a tiiiiny bit, or it's wishful thinking. I look terrible so no judging!
My dad and stepmom bought us our crib and we put it together. It's so weird to see it in the room.

That's pretty rude!!! I'm not the smallest thing either, and although I know I won't start truly showing for a while, I feel like I'm starting cause my pants aren't fitting right. It's hard to tell at this point. Maybe I'm just over eating and just putting weight on.. lol
I'm doing okay here. All day sickness is still kicking my butt!! Ugh.... Waiting to find out if the military will pay for the Harmony Testing. I hope they will!! Especially since I'm a 'high risk' pregnancy as per the base hospital... Even though Aurora says I'm, maybe, a slight high risk.. They don't think I am, but I need to have all the chromosomal testing done, so it would be nice if it was covered.
I can't believe I'm going on 9 weeks Wednesday. Pretty exciting! I've once again picked out nursery room stuff. Hoping that we can forward our wish list to our parents and they might order it for us. It has to be through Sears... Since that's the only place here that has a wear house. lol Either that or we will drive all the way to Edmonton and get stuff. But that's such a long drive.. I hate it!
