I have lost 2 inches off my hips and a few more lbs this month just from breastfeeding I guess. I am starting Whole30 tomorrow. It's my first time and I am excited but nervous.
twocents6708 Yay W30! You can do it. It's only 30 days and it is no where near as challenging as being pregnant, having a baby, or caring for a newborn. You got this. LMK if you need a cheerleader. I've done 2 entire W30s!
I have no idea what my weight is right now and I'm not too concerned at the moment. I feel freaking ravenous and my kid has been cluster feeding like... idk what eats a lot? Anyway, I've not spent the most time focusing on myself, but it's coming soon and I'm proud for not beating myself up over it. I've got a lot of things on my mind and sometimes being healthy means not adding too many things to your plate. Figuratively.

I have been super hungry lately too. DD has been nursing a ton so I think that's why. I haven't weighed and haven't focused much on healthy eating. I need to restart!!
