I'm working on an aviator set for my friend's son. It's a work in progress because I ran out of yarn and it's supposee to have a matching hat haha. I've been too lazy to go to Michael's.
I made it with Bernat Pipsqueak yarn in Whitey White and Caron Simply Soft Brown. My hook size was H.

I'm honestly terrible with patterns. My mom makes them from scratch, so usually if I wanna make something I ask her if she knows how to make it.
My second wip is cloth baby wipes. I've cut out all my squares and am now blanket stitching the edges to give it a cutesy effect and keep the edges from fraying.
I'm working on an "Alcove" blanket for friends who will have a baby, some time in the future, but aren't trying yet. I figure if I can knit it up and put it in storage to wait for them, I don't have to worry about losing it during an international move somewhere.
This is my second pair of socks. As you can see, I haven't gotten very far yet.
I THINK I HAVE THAT YARN. I also think I lost the ball band. Can you tell me what it is?
Kind of! It's label simply said 'big ball sox'. I bought it from the Spinrite tent sale (ie, patons, kroy, Caron etc) in 2013. I expect that it's actually Kroy sock yarn, but I could be wrong. I bought it as a ginormous ball, super cheap.

Finally figured pictures out...maybe? We'll see. Here is a portion of the quilt I'm making for my nephew. It's a little crooked, but I'm still kind of learning this whole sewing thing. It will be two of these and two blue/green themed squares. We are going to visit our nephew in a couple months, so this better not take the 9 mos+ my last quilt took! I'm so slow...
This is the blanket I'm working on. I'm following a blog called Attic24. If you're interested just google her blog + crochet and it comes right up. She even has the whole set of yarn that she uses that you can buy. I love this blanket!!
kariann12 pretty! I've been planning on making an afghan for a while. I made one a few years ago, but then we got a puppy that really did a number on it, so I need to make another one. Knowing I could make it myself makes buying a new one seem somehow wrong. Who knows when I'll ever get around to it though.
I started my first Willie the other night. I waited to get the yarn until we found out the sexes of the twins, and then I figured I might as well go girly. The one I started will have a red background with pink bands, and then I'm going to flip it to be a pink background with red bands on the second. (The dog will be brown on both, of course.) In browsing other projects, I saw some people added bows to the dogs, and I might be tempted to do that.

I'm cross stitching a baby announcement for a friend (only 2 years late) and I have the binding left to do on my niece's quilt. Next up is my first set of knit socks, though I wouldn't be surprised if I started a scrapbook before or in the middle of all that.
Edited because I didn't realize how HUGE the photo was! I took it in the tapatalk app. I guess I'm going to have to figure out how to change the size in the app...
Here are my current works in progress. My friends baby shower is this Saturday. I have made 2 receiving blankets and 1 of 4 burp cloths tonight. I have 3 more burp cloths, a dress, and possibly a hat and mitts still to make.
I'm working on a few things (as always). Some knitting projects and never ending scrapbooking. DDs first birthday party is this weekend so I've also got some of that stuff in the works still.
The only thing I have a photo of on my phone right now is this super simple blanket that I started knitting before DD was born but still haven't made the time to finish.

I love her blog! I have made at least 3 of her ripple blankets as gifts. She is really good with colors. I love your blanket
I'm waiting for some thread to finish the eight squares that are left. Well, and for my nephew to be born so I can personalize it. He's due on Wednesday
kariann12 I LOVE that blanket you're making!! And Hi! (Slappy here)
I have a WIP, but no pic of it. It's a quilt.
That I started about 7 years ago.
Right now I'm focusing on getting my craftroom organized. When I got all of the remaining boxes out of my previous home, they just kind of got dumped there. So... Yeah. I only have a couple of boxes left and an armoire to put together. That armoire will store my fabric, which has unfortunately taken over part of the room. :/
So, so pretty, saltypearl ~! I love the dip/pour glazing- it's fun to see how the different glazes mix! Does your MIL use commercial glazes or does she make her own? I'm only working with premade stuff, but, I'd love to try my own one day.
I just got some of the last batch photographed this morning, so I blogged them, if anyone wants to see.

These are from a class, so they had huge buckets of glaze. I have to head out and figure out what I want for the unglazed stuff. I can't say I was super happy about any colors they had so I might be adventurous when is my turn to pick from scratch.
