I'm up early because I went to bed way early and my anxiety woke me up. But I've got a while now before my fitness class - maybe I'll run some errands or something.
I started watching The Night Of last night - has anyone watched it? I'm hooked - it's like L&O SVU met Serial and had a super baby.
I'm up with DS. Trying to decide if we should brave the crowds apple picking or hit up the local park that has a petting zoo. moutonrouge- I apparently live under a rock because I havent heard of that show. Is it on Netflix? I am an SVU addict!

Yes! It's really good, your description is spot on! I enjoyed it from the beginning to the very end
I'm sorry about the anxiety wake-up Usually anxiety is worst for me late at night.

I'm up! H is out of town again this weekend so it's just DD and I. We're going to head out in a little bit to pick out some pumpkins. This afternoon after nap time, we'll go somewhere and I'll let her pick out her Halloween costume!

It's an HBO show. You can get a subscription to HBO by going to hbonow.com (I don't work for HBO, I just really like their shows and am thrilled I can have HBO without cable)
I'm up! I just impulsively scheduled a stitch fix for when I'm closer to 18 weeks! I'm hoping by then I'll be embracing my bump rather than hiding it, so some cute new maternity clothes will be welcomed.

DS and I are up. Dh is at work. Not sure what we will do today. I'm feeling crampy and my throat is starting to hurt so that's fun too. If it gets worse I'll probably ask my mom if ds can stay all night with her tonight and I'll pick him up when we go to her birthday lunch tomorrow.

I'm going to have to set my guilt aside and see if my mom can keep ds tonight. My head is starting to throb and I can barely keep my eyes open despite drinking a cup of coffee.
Also feeling nauseous so that's cool for being nearly a week into 2nd tri.
erinshelley21 ((hugs)) I'm sure your Mom and MIL don't mind helping. I'm so sorry this pregnancy has been so rough on you. I hope the magical 2nd tri feelings come soon!

H was suppose to wake up w DS this morning... he didn't so I'm pissy, mostly cuz I offered to wake up with him last night and he said no he could do it.
So once again I try to think of my delicious pumpkin pie creamer to make it all better
I'm in the fall-clean-up-mood. Took down the hammock, washed the bikes for storage, put away gardening stuff and patio cushions.
Now I'm going to borrow my parents' pressure washer because the tent we were using to store the bikes under all summer is filthy and our porches are caked in dust/soot from the road work going on in front of our house last month.
I'm getting my hair colored right now! I think next I'll head to get my nails done. Then I need to head to the store to buy meat and beer as we are having a party today. I also need to get drinks for the toddler crowd. Not sure what they drink. Last time I baby-sat, I gave a 3 year old a HUGE glass of OJ- not a good idea. Apparently, that stuff is normally diluted. Luckily, parents will be present today.
Update: We went apple picking, took a hayride, and picked up a few pumpkins. DH wouldn't let me eat the apples without washing them (live a little dude), but it put me in a fall mood!
I do miss the Michigan cider mills though. Donuts and cider after apple picking is the best way to end an outing!
moutonrouge yes! Loved the night of, just sad it was over so quickly. ladytiffany24 I also really liked this is us (and was pretty devastated when parenthood ended. I think I cried with basically every episode of that show)
Today DH is demoing our main bathroom with my uncle. It's exciting but I'm also a little nervous about how long it's going to take to put it back together!! We looked at a house yesterday that is in an awesome neighborhood with great schools. The bedroom layout is awesome but the downstairs is a little choppier than our current house. It also has no basement and is in the same town as my in-laws (major drawback). But the yard is amazing and it's walking distance to the elementary school. I'm so torn. We have until Monday to decide whether we want to move on it or not, but if we go for it we won't move until after the holidays. Also DD and I are sick. Super snotty and I have had a sinus headache for almost 48 hrs now. Great start to my week off. But at least I can sleep a little more than usual this week so hopefully I'll get over it soon. Hoping DD will be done with it soon since she's had it for over a week now!
