Being the weekend doesn't matter as much now, but it's nice having MH home to help out with R.
MH works with his brother for my BIL's residential construction company. H got his paycheck yesterday and BIL paid him for a full week the week I had R even though he only worked a half day Monday! That was a nice surprise!

+1 to being happy that it's the weekend and H can help out.
We're going to the zoo today. This will ultimately help me make my decision on the double stroller. I also have a moby wrap that DS's sitter let me borrow. If it's not super hot today I might try that.

We're heading to a corn maze today, I think. We won't do the maze, but they have farm animals, tractors, hay rides and other things that should be fun! I can't decide if I want to put E in a carrier or use the stroller.
Woohoo on the extra pay LadyNymeria! Surprise money is never a bad thing.
We made it through the night and it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. I got a little sleep too! At about 2:30 they brought someone into the shared room. It wouldn't be as bad if the *only* sink wasn't 3 feet away from a mom and her sleeping baby (the patient). The guest bed literally pulls out and goes under/right in front of the sink. Oh well, we made it work. Just not the most well thought out floor plan.

We went apple picking last weekend and I'm so glad we used the baby carriers instead of the stroller. It's so much more convenient.
We had big plans to spend the morning at the beach to play in the sand and at the playground since it's cool weather but it rained all night and early morning so that idea was scratched. Instead we had crepes for breakfast, played at home and now we're watching Zootopia before lunch and nap time for DD1.
Tomorrow is a big art festival in the village with lots of food trucks so that's where we'll be tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully the rain moves out and the sun comes in.
I think today is going to be a lot of watching football and nursing. This little boy is insatiable. And DD was given a rocking horse from baby brother and she's super happy to sit on it all day. The in-laws went home this morning but left a ton of food and a clean, mostly organized kitchen
We're going to check out freezers today. I realized that if I pump once a day until I go back to work and continue getting 10oz per pump, I will have over 900oz by the time I go back. There's no way our regular freezer will accommodate that.

I've been doing laundry and cleaning up while the kids did fall crafts and helped me finish decorating for fall/Halloween. I was going to do a Costco run but decided to have DH do it on his way home from his work thing. Planning a target/grocery trip this afternoon during the kids' naptime if I can summon the energy. I also want Starbucks so that should help me power through it.

10oz?? How long do you pump for? I thought my 2oz in 5 minutes the other day was good!

I was supposed to meet two moms from DS's bmb this afternoon but they bailed because they have colds and I don't want to get LO sick. Luckily local friends texted and want to come see the baby so hopefully we'll have a nice afternoon with friends.
I'm really frustrated. I just got the approval for my STD and it is much lower than I expected. It is not even going to be enough to cover the amount I need to pay for health insurance while I'm out. My boss told me it was calculated differently than it actually is. This is the second miscommunication my boss gave me about my time off and how pay is handled, where I have lost money. I'm so frustrated that I may look for a different job when I go back.
Me: 28, all tests normal DH: 34, very low count, motility, morphology DX - MFI 11/14/09 - Married 01/01/14 - TTC #1 01/06/15 - Started working with RE 04/06/15 - Recommendation - straight to IVF w/ICSI 09/04/15 - Started working with new RE Nov/Dec 15 - IVF w/ ICSI #1 - 11R/8F - 1 transferred, 3 frozen

Only like 15 minutes. It's so insane because this was NOT the case with DS1. The downside is that DS2 is pretty much drowning at every feed.

Im at tge hospital today because my mom wanted to come see the baby and he has been scaring me shitless since I got here. First he choked while trying to eat his bottle which caused all his vitals ro drop and just a minute ago he spit up a little while in his crib. Seriously so freaked out right now. Im trying to remind my self that its something all babies do but its not helping. At all.

Being a mom is so scary! All of that is most definitely something every baby does! It will all be OK! I promise! Hope your day gets better!

Its crazy how much is it adds up to when you have to store it. If I continue to just pump we're going to have to get ride of our kitchen tabld and get another freezer. A third deep freezer. There's that much.

DS has suddenly started waking at 7 every morning on the weekends.. he used to reliably sleep until 8 or 8:30. Luckily DH gets up with him and has let me sleep in until 7:30 when E wakes up this weekend but it makes weekends a little more difficult without any morning quiet time.

After all the cluster feeding I complained about in the breastfeeding thread last night he started one last feeding about 10pm then fell asleep for almost 5 hours! I woke up, fed & changed him, then he went down for another 3.
I'm really hoping to not have to deal with cluster feeding every night, but at least he rewarded me for all the effort!
