We've been putting away a few small things for lo and my mom has had us buy a few things. Today we bought a kid craft kitchen from Costco for him. We knew we wanted a kitchen and we really liked this one. Normally we wouldn't have bought so early but our Costco tends to sell out and then never get more of things.
I had a free Shutterfly photo book code so I made a book of our California trip for my sister.
Otherwise not much, I get my free Shutterfly calendar code next month which I've been using to make my grandma a calendar every year with so its mostly complete, and also making one for my ILs.
We're going to go small with the kids this year, just stocking stuffers. We saved extra money from selling our hot tub and birthday money they've gotten this year to hopefully invest in a nice wooden outdoor playset next spring for their birthdays. We leave for Hawaii right after Christmas too so we'll be wanting to do some souvenir shopping anyway.

Also haven't started, but have been thinking I want to get a jump on it this year. I hate always having such a long list of things t buy come December. The worst is trying to figure out what to get everyone, especially our parents.

I've gotten a few small things for DD and my grandma is done. I need to start getting little stocking stuffer stuff for DH and DD every week so it's spread out!

I started Christmas shopping awhile ago. It makes it a bit easier on the bank account for us. My mom's side of the family does "homemade gifts" so I'm trying to come up with something for that still.
I have Amazon wish lists going of things as I think of them but I have to narrow it down a bit. I want to get more feedback from DD of things she wants because some of the stuff I got her for Christmas last year was a miss; so far it is the same kind of stuff she asked for (and I got her) for her birthday. With LO I am still trying to get a better handle on the kind of stuff he is interested in. I will say though, he loves Mrs. Potato Head and DD's tool bench, so Mr. Potato head and some more tools are a no brainer.
I have lists going for people as I think of them. It's hard here because H, and nieces 2, 3, & 4 all have birthdays in November. Oh and my brothers fiancé is due early November. FIL birthday is early December. So we have several birthdays to get through before Christmas. We don't buy for our siblings, just the kids and our parents.

I have no idea what I'm getting anyone this year.
We've talked about forgoing presents (well I'd still do a stocking and a couple of little things for G) and spending Christmas in Tahoe. But cabins are looking pretty expensive and we'd need to book ASAP so I doubt it'll happen. It would be nice though!
