Lunch meetings are annoying. I'm never sure what to do about eating. Eat during the meeting? What if no one else is? I don't feel comfortable doing it with high-level business people in the room, either. Then what, eat early? But maybe you're not hungry yet. Eat later? Then my stomach growls during the entire meeting. No-win situation.

Germany! First time there. We're not doing Oktoberfest (this is the last weekend). We're renting a car and seeing some small towns in the Bavarian region. First time driving in Europe. I'm a little nervous about making sure I follow the street signs correctly!

Trying to get a lot of crap done at work today and then have a foster care training meeting from 5-8 tonight. But they feed us so I don't have to worry about that tonight.

I can feel the tingle of a little cold coming on and I DO NOT WANT!! I am taking all the liquids, doing emergen-c, trying to get good sleep, having soup, anything I can think of. It's dreary and sort of cold, so I think my body has decided it's time for winter cold season, ha. Must stave this off!

So I looked online at houses and we would need to win the lottery to get into our "goal" house right now. Or do a lot of projects. Neither of which are happening soon.

PirateCat Yes, you pick one character to romance per playthrough. I finished the lady's (Jaehee) route last week and got the good end. I expected this route to end, y'know, similarly "fluffy" or feel-good. Nope! My boyfriend (gamer kid - Yoosung) is probably currently unconscious in the enemy's HQ and I'm actually kind of flipping my shit?

Tl;dr I expected RomCom and now I'm playing Taken: The Game.

marshian, I hope you have a great trip! I went with my family when I was in 8th grade and loved it. We were there for 3 weeks so we saw a lot but the castles were by far my favorite. (Hohenschwangau & Neuschwanstein) It was an amazing tirp. I have no idea where the Bavarian region is in relation to the castles but I'm sure you will have a great time either way.

Depends on the game. This one seems to be rainbows and puppies for a good end. Probably a kiss? That's about it. Pretty G-rated stuff.

Okay, so slight background on my function in the game (aside from being an awesome girlfriend): I basically get tricked into joining a non-profit charity organization. So I'm a party planner for our next event.

Our enemy is trying to steal our guest information, for some reason. So, in this playthrough, they hacked us, our hacker (707) locked them out, and then decided to infiltrate the enemy to get info on then and why they might want to do this to us. My boyfriend went through some shit and feels the need to prove himself, so he insisted on going with. Last I heard, Seven escaped, but it looked like Yoosung got knocked out.

I'm really, seriously invested in this right now, hahahahah.
