Happy Friday!! I'm luckily able to just reuse most of my maternity stuff from the first time around since DD was born in Feb. But I definitely busted it out way sooner this pregnancy. Still wearing reg tops but maternity pants all the way! We're on our little local getaway "babymoon" which has been so nice. It's crazy to think this is the last time we'll go somewhere just the 3 of us (I don't count xmas because we'll be traveling back east and staying with my family). It's been really relaxing though and DD has loved being able to go for walks in the middle of the street and seeing all of the local deer (she asks for them every time she looks out the window - "deeeeeeee!!!") Gotta love getting out of the city!!! ETA: hit submit before I was done
I have a preview for you guys! I think I'm the only one with teenage aged children? I think... correct me if I'm wrong! My oldest is already well into womanhood and our family has small rib cages with large chests.. joy. She wants to do gymnastics with her sister.
I just spent $96 on amazon ordering a specialty sports bra to hold her still and a leotard. I'm glad that is the extent of what she needs at the moment!
DH suggested we hit up ROSS for maternity clothes. I'm much excite. DS totally needs new clothes too right?!
I've gotten almost all my maternity clothes at Ross. It's the only place in my town that had any last time! Now my Target has a small selection, though, so I'll probably stock up on new nursing bras and tanks there when the time comes.
All you people in cities with options, rejoice!
It's actually the same here. I'd have to drive to the capital for a "real" maternity store. But a lot of motherhood stiff is overpriced unless they have an end of season sale.

I feel that pain.
I wear a 32G. It sucks buying sports stuff especially because running with these things is difficult.

This is what I have to do. Motherhood outlet is 3.5 hours away but there is a destination maternity an hour away.

I live in the suburbs of Chicago, and I can't find any close maternity stores. I've been ordering mine online.
Fun fact: I worked at Ross summers and breaks in college. "Thanks for calling Ross Dress for Less where you find a new treasure everyday!".
Almost all my maternity stuff is from Kohl's clearance. The hardest thing is a decent nursing bra in 34DDD. Bravados are $$$. And I want lining and support!
I'm starting to freak out I will be having a baby!
I'm up to a 32F now. I was a C cup in June. I needed a new sports bra last week and finding one was hard. Either the band fit and my boobs were smooshed into my armpits, or my boobs fit but there was zero support. I ended up with an $80 Nike bra that is very nice but also only just fits.
Meanwhile, I'm thrilled I'm a full A now instead of an "NA" which I always thought was a kind of unfortunate acronym for "Nearly A" because it just looks like "not applicable".
