Meh. Do what you can teraiin but I'm side eyeing YH a little.. but who am I to judge? I'm pretending baby I is still nursing so I can TCF for a minute. He's really been sleeping for like 5 min. Shhhhh
Going apple picking with friends in a bit! So excited. I'm making applesauce when we get home. 🍎🍏🍎
I want to ship DD off to the army so I can nap when DS does.. Think they'll take her? She's sassy, smart, and surprisingly good at cleaning lipstick off a toilet seat... What more could they want?

We had a rough night too. I think lo waited for me to return to start his regression. 3 wakeups last night, one lasted 30 mins, another lasted almost an hour and a half.
After a phenomenal Thursday night of sleep, last night was a fucking shit show. Up at 10,11, 1, 4,5,630. To top it off, we were in a hotel and in order to give DS1 a good night sleep, DH and I slept on the crappy, loud, spring-loaded pull-out couch. Ds1 woke up at 6am covered in pee. Ds2 had two blow outs. At least one of them was after 8am. On the bright side, I showered this morning and the hotel had amazing water pressure.
The last of my very pregnant friends is 41 weeks today and going in for an induction.
westiemom, sorry for the sicky. teraiin, lived in state. Always. k3am, let's send both our toddlers. Miles is good with tools and and a big helper. But also too good at waking up his sleeping brother.

Time to cross the bars since this is her new game.
I stayed up until almost 2 doing homework. My husband was awesome and got up with Laurel. Then I put Damian and Gwen in the tandem pillow and gave them their bottles at the same time while the hubby made breakfast.
Me: 30 DH: 29; Married: September, 2010 TTC #1: April 2013 Benched: May 2013 Cancer(DH) Off the Bench: September 2014 July 2015 ER low sperm count and motility(radiation side effect). FET September 1,2015. BFP 9/9/15.- 3 on the way.
DH bought DD tap shoes since we weren't confident they'd get here on time. The expedited ones are currently listed as in Oakland (hour+ with no traffic) and we had a pair on our porch when we woke up.
She does NOT like the Amazon ones, so it's a good thing it seems like we'll have two pairs, right?
babycaps we have a cot we travel with for DD. She likes sleeping on it, we get the big bed. $20 investment = win win.
DS was in the pack n play. But he was asleep in the room with the good bed bc of a weird hotel set up. It was either that or have both kids wake up multiple times. If we had slept in the same room as him, he would have woken up every time DS2 woke up!

Ooooh.. You were lucky enough to get one of those nice rooms that you can have separate sleeping areas!
We're going on a trip in March with DHs family and they can't understand why I would be annoyed about sharing a room with 2 queen beds with an infant and a 4 year old...
Yeah, last night was a special kind of night! The night prior, our hotel was amazing and we had a two-bedroom plus living room suite!!!! DS had a room, we had a room, LO slept so well....at least the car rides haven't been awful. We have one hour to go. Stopped for lunch / break.

Rough night here as well. DD and I did a church service project this morning, then the farmers market. Now we need to clean house but DD begged me for a tea party while DS is napping. I couldn't say no. We are about to tackle this disaster that we have call home in just a few minutes.
nerdykitten, we have that same play mat and Allie does the same thing. It never occurred to me to cross the bars. I suppose I should read the directions occasionally.

Visiting my hometown this weekend. It's super conservative. Super anti- Hillary. Which I can sort of get- she's not the best candidate ever in US history. But when they tell me they're voting for Trump because they don't want to see her in office, I can't suppress my side eye. Since when is it ok for half the country to vote for a despicable candidate not because they like the candidate, but because they don't want the other side to win? 😒😳🙄 My stomach hurts.

Have we had a convertible car seat discussion thread yet? I can't remember. I'm starting to research but I think I need to get a seat with a higher weight/height limit for rfing than what ds1 has. I was just going to buy another (Evenflo Symphony DLX) but the limits are some of the lowest available. Not a big deal for my tiny 25lbs 3 yr old, but I would like to rf to 4 and this kid is much more average sized so I don't think it'll make it much past 2/3 for him. We only have a fraction of what you guys have available. I'm looking at the Diono Rainier or Radianrxt and the Clek Fllo. I like that the fllo sits up high and he'll be able to look out the window, but the Dionos are low so he will be able to climb in easily on his own once he gets to 2/3. I've heard that the Dionos are difficult to get a tight fit in Subaru Foresters.
ellesea - we replaced DDs Graco with a diono rxt. Love, love, love it. We get an easy installation (explorer), the sides are low, and she says it's more comfortable. We'll be trying to score one for DS on Black Friday.
