1. Anatomy Scan today at 1:45, hoping and praying all the parts are where they should be, and that baby is measuring on track.
2. Took the trash out at work today, and caught of wiff of something from the dumpster and I threw up my entire breakfast on the curb. This weak stomach thing, is killing me. I've thrown up more the last 4 weeks than I ever have, and not because I feel sick, but because something smells awful.
3. We have finalized Sutter Gerard and Eloise Mae. Gerard is for Julies dad, and Eloise is a play off of Julies middle name Louise who was grandmother, Julie and her sister both have the middle Louise.
Waiting anxiously for my first u/s and appointment with the RE this Thursday! I'm really hoping everything looks good and I'll be able to relax a little more.
I both got a cold/sore throat and my pg symptoms kicked up a notch this weekend so I feel pretty crappy. I was having somewhat bad cramps and lower back pain the last 2 days which of course had me freaking out about a mc. But still no spotting or bleeding so I think I'm ok.
We have 1 name picked out but it's not really definitive as there are many girls names I like. I have such a hard time with boys names! The name we like is MacKenzie (Kenzie) Rae. We won't share with anyone irl though lol. If we have a boy though I'd like to figure out a way to incorporate my fil since he's sick and I have a feeling won't be around for too long... Which really sucks.

We weren't going to share irl, either but since we aren't finding out the gender we decided to give family and friends something more tangible to hold onto other than baby, or nugget.
rikkiandjulie omg I am not the type of person who can wait on the gender lol lol. I'm the type that wants to know as soon as humanly possible!! That totally makes sense though!!

12 weeks 5 days today. All looked good on our 2nd ultrasound we had last week before we did the Harmony Testing. Found out today that the baby tested low for Trisomy 21, 18, and 13. So that's 1 in 10,000 chance. Awesome news.

Thank you! We have the next scan tomorrow. The one where they check for soft spots and all that. Hoping that comes back all clear too and then we will feel more comfortable announcing the pregnancy.
Oh, and because we did the Harmony Test, we found out the gender already!

A little annoyed right now. Went for the NT scan and I was told that I had to do the blood work that they do to test for the trisomy's, the test that's not as good as the Harmony Test with the ultrasound. Even though I already did the Harmony test... The NT scan was a little touch and go cause the baby wasn't cooperating. So it turns out that I have to go back Thursday next week and try again, and I get to do the blood work then too. Yay... But I did get a new pic of the baby!!!

I'm making myself all paranoid and miserable. I've been analyzing the baby's ultrasound and I'm so worried there is something wrong. That there is hydrops and all that. Oh how the past can make you a nut job....

Don't do that Dani! I know you had a rough past, but this baby boy is healthy, happy, and can't wait to meet his mom. If something was wrong the Docs would have told you. Be kind to yourself

I definitely second what rikkiandjulie said! dannigirl be kind to yourself. And when in doubt ask to talk to your dr more to alleviate any continuing fears!

Today I was out and about fairly early this morning, and while walking I feel like I strained a muscle or something down low by my pelvic bone. It doesn't feel crampy, but most definitely strained. Is this round ligament?
Does it still feel strained? Whenever I get round ligament pains they generally only last a few min, if that. Sometimes I have to sit back down and the pain goes away.
