IUI 1-3 BFN IVF #1 - Oct '15 - 10R, 3M, 0F IVF #2 - August 16 - 12R, 11M, 5F. 1 to transfer and 2 to freeze - BFP!! - MMC caught at 7w5d FET #1 - 1/26 - BFP, due 10/14
5w6d today and feeling mostly okay. I've had a few food aversions mostly involving various forms of ground beef. Yesterday was particularly bad because I had my flu shot the day before and it didn't treat me well, today is better.
However, I did start spotting today. It's gross brown, and very light but you know... anxiety. I know it's normal, RE (who called to check up on me before she leaves for vaca) said it's normal, Dr. Google said it's normal but it still gets the anxiety going a little.

How are you feeling this week? PGAL brain is going strong, I keep reminding myself that everybody's symptoms are different and it's normal for symptoms to fade a bit after IVF. Continue to experience nausea, extreme thirst and headaches. Also stretchy feeling s that come and go. Also am exhausted but can't sleep (I'm blaming my thyroid for that one)

Yah, I am not looking forward to my flu shot. Also, have you checked out the spotting poll in the pregnant after IF board (I believe also in the PGAL board) it's very reassuring, spotting is very common!
Editing to add that my RE told me to expect to spot and said we IVF ers spot way more in pregnancy

ihatepizza IVFers spot more? Would it be because of having all the different instruments up there to get things transferred? Forgive my ignorance, I know very little about IVF.
AFM, I think close to 5w.
Symptoms: mainly fatigue during the day. Definitely needing an afternoon nap. Some nausea in the evenings, although it's manageable.
I had some spotting the day after my BFP, which of course threw me into a tailspin. But no more spotting since then thankfully!
So far I'm just extremely tired. By noon I'm trying to keep myself awake for the rest of the day. I have horrible heartburn- it's always my first sign that I'm pregnant.

I was told this for the first time yesterday as well, its so weird! I'm a fairly intelligent lady and I can't figure out why we should expect to spot more, but oh well. It seems to be on and off again, so I'm choosing to not worry about it for now. If it would stay that way, that be greaaaat.

I am 5w6d and feel faint nausea, lots of stretchy cramping stuff and extreme fatigue. I am actually getting ready to peace out of work early so I can go home and nap before picking my little one up from daycare.

Ivfers spot more because they use vaginal suppositories to keep progesterone levels high. The applicator for the suppositories can scratch and cause bleeding. I had 2 bleeding episodes early in my pregnancy with my daughter, and that was likely the cause.
If my calculations are correct, I'm 5w5d. Nonstop nausea, but haven't puked yet -- thank God. My first clues were aching kidneys... and peeing ten times a day -- literally. I have all the standard symptoms, really... mood swings, exhausted, sore boobs, bloated...
The worst is the food aversions, though! I LOOOOOVE sweets... I'm actually in culinary school, majoring in pastry. I could go entire days eating nothing but candy and ice cream. Now? The thought of anything sweet is gag-inducing. I want nothing to do with any of it, even the smell. Even bbq sauce is too sweet for me... and I normally eat that sh*t on everything like it's Frank's Red Hot

I have the constant stretching ute feeling which is annoying. I occasionally get nauseous bit it hasn't been bad yet. No aversions yet which is unfortunate because my hubby's beer is still looking delicious to me! That was one of my favorite aversions last time. I took a great nap yesterday when the baby napped. So far, I am feeling pretty good!

Hmm, I've never been on supposititories in my life! I'm a member of the sore bum club aka PIO. Interesting though.

I'm 5wks 6days and I have all the symptoms. The heartburn/indigestion is the worst. The nausea is worst when I don't eat. I only actually vomit if I eat anything with milk in it. I'm also very emotional.
I am at 5w4d. I have mostly had incredibly tender breasts for the last few weeks. It's finally starting to subside, so maybe my body is getting used to it.
I am also waking up every night from cramping. I don't really notice cramping during the day, but I definitely do at night.
Only 4w6d and no real symptoms yet. I am tired, but I always am and not really feeling "exhausted". I am trying not to worry as I know it is so early but PGAL/PAIF brain is kicking in hard. Who would have thought I would pray for symptoms.

When I was pregnant with DD, the lack of symptoms was definitely a mind-fuck. I kept taking pregnancy tests until week 14 or so just to convince myself that I was indeed still pregnant.

Yes! However, I notice the cramps throughout the day. They wake me up at night, which is really irritating. I'm sorry you've got them too.

Sorry - I didn't realize that. Definitely interesting. I'm currently taking PIO (ouch) and suppositories (yuck). Best of luck to you!

I'm having the worst twinges and stretches and pains. Dr. Google tells me my retroverted uterus is stretching back into position. PGAL brain is telling me to panic and that everything is wrong.
