We just say the baby. Not sure I have ever called him by name even though we are 99% set on it. I catch myself saying it sometimes and then feel like a jerk.

We started of calling him/her the nugget, now it's usually just baby or sometimes baby Ragnar (DH joked about naming the baby Ragnar if it's a boy, obviously that is never going to happen but I'm okay with using it now a an in-joke)

We still don't have a name picked out ::hangs head::: Most I call her 'little lady' or our last name with -ette on the end. The hubs just calls her baby.
Then Hunter was inutero, we called him monster or Golieth.
Usually just Baby. Sometimes The Littlest [shortened version of our last name]. Not very creative. By this time with my other kids we were calling them by their names. We're team green and still haven't decided on names so we can't do that this time!
Ha that didn't stop my 3yo DD from calling the baby "Adira." It's her friend's name at school and she insists it's a girl, so...! Gotta admit I kind of like it.

I'm pretty boring. Before I knew the sex I just said baby. Now I just call him by name: Logan. Sometimes I guess I say "little guy" or "little man" but not often.

I used to just call her little one, but once we found out it was a girl we started calling her Sandy (already had Sandra Jane picked out, after our moms).

we still call "it" baby. DD calls "it" sister, she has firmly believed that this was a girl from the moment she knew there was a baby in mommys tummy. She will be so devastated if it comes out not a sister.
My coworkers call him "Tater" because I only wanted all things potato in my first 1-1/2 trimesters. I think of him as "LPB" which are his initials or "Little Peanut Butter" or just "Peanut Butter". We have a name but aren't sharing, so I try really hard to not think or refer to him to H as that so I don't slip somewhere else.
We have called him Pixel since we found out he was in there. However for unknown reasons DH's family all says "nugget". So the screen name stands for precious baby nugget. I got the "precious baby" thing when I lived in the south and I use it all the time still.
I told my parents and sister at 7 weeks that we were pregnant, baby was about the size of a Blueberry. So my sister and nieces started referring to him as Blueberry Smurf.
DH thought he looked like a jelly bean on the first US so my SILs were calling him jellybean early on.
Now that we know it's a boy and we will be naming him Brian, after DH, we call him Lil B. We aren't fans of the nickname junior, so hopefully Lil B sticks for now.

I usually call her "little kicker" because well, she's quite active. DH usually will call her "the baby". However, now DH will talk to me in plural. When I'm getting ready he will say "c'mon guys lets go!!"
