I'm getting all emotional. PMSing probably. But I'm missing Jackson. It's only 2 weeks until his birthday. He would have been 10 this year. Every year I make him a birthday cake to remember him, this year I'm making a cheesecake. I bet he would love cheesecake. Who doesn't, right? Lol.
My life would be so different if we would have made it. I doubt we would have been able to move out here, for one. But part of me is glad he didn't have to see me when I was really sick back in '12. I'm glad I'm on better meds now.
I finally ordered him a Molly Bear this year, that way he can be a part of Ridley's life. Part of me wishes I would have kept his ashes instead of scattering them. But it's too late for that. I just miss him so much. Time has made it easier, but I keep hoping the pain will go away eventually and it never does.
Hugs @led I wish I had something comforting and helpful for you
10 is just such a big number. It should be a big deal, but he's not here. It's a rough reminder. I'll probably be drinking tonight when h gets home. I just didn't expect it to hit me this hard.

Told him I was going to nurse DS and then start dinner. He said "okay sous a good". Two minutes later he says, "I'm kind of hungry... When are you planning on making dinner" 🙄
We should do a photo dump thread. A place to post all the cute pictures we've taken that never get shown off. We could do it in the private board. I could even plan to delete the thread after x number of days so we don't have to worry about them staying there if that's a concern. Thoughts?

Ridley's nap and feeding schedule is off, so she's eating half hour before she's ready to sleep. It's making for a rough day. It's a lot easier to just nurse her to sleep.

Damian is so ready for table food it isn't even funny. He stole a piece of my chicken right out of my hand, but I got it back before he could gum it since his paci was in his mouth.

This is me in the relationship. MH gets so annoyed. Oops.

This is Ridley. She's constantly staring me down and grabbing for my food. Depending on what it is I've just given up and started letting her taste things more often than not.

We have our pediatrician appointment on Monday so I am trying to hold out until then since I am pretty sure she will give him and possibly Gwen the go ahead. I am not sure if Laurel will get to start or not even though she is interested.

That's a really pretty wrap, LED. I'm sorry you are feeling sad, 10 is a big number. I bet he would have loved cheesecake. That's my H's favorite birthday "cake" choice.
He was playing s video game and I came upstairs to put DS gives. He ended up barging in to complain about the game and then he made a comment about the nursery being a mess (it definitely is but DNW to talk while trying to get DS to bed) and it sort of escalated from there lol

If he has time to play a game, he has time to clean the nursery. DNW to hear complaints. Especially if you're in the middle of bedtime!
