And I'm so dreading it. With everything that has happened this year, DH and I can't afford to go, but since he's doing the "father of the Bride" stuff, we can't skip it.
Also, I am blatantly not wanted at this wedding. So basically, I'm going to spend the whole weekend getting the cold shoulder from my in-laws and watching all 8 nieces and nephews alone. Yippee... Not.

Really, I'm not entirely sure. It started after my fil died. This pair always had it on for my favorite sil, but is like they just transferred the venom to me. Unfortunately for me, this is the couple getting married.
Mil has never been overly fond of me. She told me once that her son could have fine so much better than me.
I've got two great SILs and a wonderful BIL, though. But they're all in the Wedding, so won't be able to visit me while bridezilla is on her rampage.
I can do this. I can keep it together long enough to get through one day...

Omg, the ceremony itself was an hour and a half long!!!!
And after, they wanted pictures with my husband. All the other nephews were in pictures, but my kids and I were excluded. Honestly I don't care, but that rude and weird, right?

And the night is never going to end... Its 7:25 local time, 8:25 for my kids. They didn't open the reception room until 6pm. The wedding party didn't come in until 7:00. They cut the cake, had their first dance, made 4 speeches, and they still have yet to serve dinner. If it's any longer, I'm going to have to leave and feed my children! And we already took them out for a meal between the ceremony and reception.
And not one person outside my husband has said one word to me.
But on a good note, my husband's last grandmother made the journey from Arizona to Chicago. I finally got to meet her, she got to meet the children. She hasn't been in great health, so I'm really, really glad this happened before it couldn't.
