I own 6 pairs of LLR legging and I love them. I also have a Classic T and 2 Irmas. I don't have the right body portions for the Irmas though. I plan on selling those on a BST site
14joa31 I love my LLR. I have a maxi skirt and an Irma tunic. The tunic gets worn way more often because the skirt is not the colour I thought it was when I ordered it, it's reddish brown instead of black. I want more, but I'm having a hard time finding a consultant near me, and the cost of shipping from my friend's consultant was crazy.
crimsonandclover M doesn't really watch movies. And S has to go to school. H called in sick today to help me, and I'm going to see if my sister works tomorrow. If she doesn't, I'm going to ask if she can take S to school for me. And then Friday my BFF will drive us, and then I have help until next Wednesday. I should be OK. I hope. If my sister can't take S, I might keep him home and just let him watch whatever or play video games most of the day.

I also am a home body. Too much outside the home and I can't deal. DD1 has preschool twice a week. Add in the normal every week needs. I try to not go out much. Although when h is home he likes to go out to eat all the time which is almost too much. The kids both do best being home more with their schedules.
I'm a homebody for sure. I don't have either of the kids in any classes or anything yet. I'm planning to put S into martial arts and swimming when I have a car though. He needs another outlet for all of that energy. I'll probably put M in swimming too. I just can't do it without a vehicle though. The transit system here is not great.
Aside from taking S to school, M and I stay home most days. One day a week my BFF and her baby come over and we'll usually go out and run some errands or whatever. Thursday nights we go to my mom's for dinner and all day Saturday we're with my mom, usually running errands and then hanging out at her house. Other than that and grabbing groceries when H is home we don't really go out.

I'll be a pw... I just heard a scittering sound in our laundry room and I kid you not my first thought was "mouse". I'm sure it was a vent blowing something, but honest to goodness I do NOT know what I'd do if a freaking mouse ran through here. I have the creepy crawlies now...

scorpioscuba, we arrange everything by e-mail usually, which is considered a legal contract (and I always make sure it includes price, deadline, and length). I'm sure that if I wanted an extension because they give me the text late then in almost all cases it would be fine. It's just that I pride myself on being able to help my clients deliver their documents by their deadlines (a lot of times they'll need to turn in the translation for some other purpose and that has a deadline). Obviously if they're late in getting me the document I can tell them that I'll need extra days, but then they'll be late for their next deadline, too. If at all possible, I'd just like to avoid that. So it's not that it's impossible to get extended deadlines. My main issue is that I plan out my work week according to when I *think* documents are supposed to be coming, and when they don't come I get really annoyed because my whole schedule gets messed up.
My work place book club read Interview With The Vampire for our October selection and that book is DARK AND CREEPY AS HELL. Just thought you should know.
14joa31, your workplace sounds fun. Bake sales, book clubs! I could go for some pumpkin cheesecake myself. crimsonandclover, im sorry you're not able to stick to your schedule like you had planned. I know that's super hard, especially when you have everything so finely tuned with work, kids, home, etc. After your continuing ed course is done, do you get another degree or certification? I'm glad your instructor is understanding about the quiz confusions. pinktartan9, sounds like you got so much done! Jealous! kelltothekell, i hope DD does ok in her new room. I haven't been doing much cooking myself and I keep wanting to do a cooking class or something. We've been eating either at my mom's or DH would cook when he gets home or i'd make something easy later after the kids go to bed. When I do cook I usually make larger meals so we can have leftovers for lunch the next day or use the ingredients for another recipe the following day. dizzycooks, girl you are not alone, i dont know how to relax either! Totally agree with the carseat, it is like the devil now! thebanich, did you get any test results back? Hope you are not stressing too much. HUGS. gizmo, glad you got to go to the appt. Sorry for the work dramz! scorpioscuba, sorry about your IL's that would irritate the shit out of me! Lollipop, yum, steak is my favorite food ever! kcrkcs, you sound so happy! I'm so glad the new help is working out so well. How awesome! mrsoscarfelix, so sorry about the mastitis. DS is definitely throwing fits, especially if he is in the carseat for longer than 3 minutes or I take away/redirect him from imminent danger.
Yay I made it on here before the end of the week! LOL. We went to a Halloween party today with our MOPS group. We have another one tomorrow at school and then another at gymnastics on Friday, and then another at the zoo on Saturday! Super busy.
DH is frolicking around all day today with one of my favorite political leaders ever. He better get me tons of signed stuff. I cannot wait to talk to DH tonight. ETA it's not Trump, guys, don't worry!
I completed and mailed all of the invites to DD's party and booked/paid for the site. I'm debating just cooking myself or getting CFA catering. This is so $$$$$.
Dd3 just puked everywhere. While I was holding her. It's everywhere. I do not adult well in these circumstances....
That reminds me of last night. Over night DD was coughing so violently that she puked all over the bed sheets, on both of our PJ's, on the floors, rug. Then we spent 2 hours on the couch in the living at 2am with her tablet because she was wide awake at that point. Praying for no repeats tonight. Hope you guys don't get sick!
I'm so relieved. My sister is going to take S to school and pick him up tomorrow. Thank goodness. I just have to write a note saying that she's allowed to pick him up.
So. We realized that for her surgery, K can't eat from 12 the night before. She still doesn't STTN and she only falls asleep with a bottle. H and I decided that we need to get started for real on sleep training.
We talked about it ahead of time. What are our goals. What is the procedure we will use. How will we decide when she's needing to settle and when she's genuinely hungry. Practically charted it out because we HAVE to be on the same page before we start.
We started tonight. 5 minutes in, H has tried twice to back out. DUDE. We freaking talk about all of this, and we decided we needed to start. It's not a good time. We should wait for a break or a weekend. What if she gets too tired and gets sick. UGH. Not cool, H.
That is my hope. We need to anyway. We did a much better job with her older sister. We did it around 6 months, and she slept like a champ after that. I know it all depends on the kid, but we haven't really even tried to help her make good habits. It's time. Man up, H.
She's gone quiet. Possibly regrouping. We did 3, 5, and two 10 minute intervals. She grew more pissed each time we went in. I kept having to remind myself, she's mad. She's not in pain. She's ok. This will help her. Ugh. I was not prepared to be the strong one tonight.

My kids couldn't handle the check ins. We went cold turkey cio. Worked like a charm for my dd1, dd2 never accepted it and has and will cry for hhhhhoourssss. Dd3 seems to get it although we've not done motn sleep training. I've never done that actually so props to those that can.

I went in to check on my sick little babe and she was laying there eyes open so I scooped her up. She wailed. Now she's laying on my shoulder burping and having a bubbling tummy. I haven't nursed her since 5pm. I assume she still needs to nurse, but she's not asking and I'm scared She'll puke on me. Oh and I have a clogged duct. Good time over here. Dh made me chocolate chip cookies and cleaned the kitchen. Bathroom still needs attention and tomorrow's laundry load just doubled. Would you try to get her to eat or leave her be until she asks?
Here's a pic of how it started. Love my stylish necklace don't you? Don't be jealous! Today was a true "Sahm" stereotype sort of day.
M is being weird tonight. She usually falls asleep within 10 minutes of being put down, but she's been in there whining for like 40 minutes tonight. Not crying really, just whining. Out of character though.

Poor baby. I would probably wait until she asks too, dizzycooks.
We've been busy over here and are taking a road trip back to the dmv tomorrow.
Yesterday baby and I got to see Bill Clinton at a rally. We were so close! I tried so hard but couldn't get a picture of him with Bill. Maybe next time.
H said he was going to the store to get snacks. I asked him to bring back ice cream and advil. He hasn't left yet, and I'm pretty sure by the time he goes I'll be ready for sleep. Mildly annoyed. I really wanted the ice cream.

Uh I'd kill him. Wth, you need Advil! You had surgery. I hope he got it for you soon after this post.
Dd3 is still puking over here. I am now starting laundry and called the clinic. Basically if she's still puking in 4 hours I need to take her in.

I hope DD is better and you didn't have to take her in, dizzycooks.
I failed at sleep training last night. I'm really struggling with this. And I know it will just make it worse for her in the long run. Do not know what to do.
I was so not ready to be in mommy mode today. I can still barely talk, and I'm nauseous. My sister should be here before too long so at least I'll have some back up.

I almost gave in last night to the crying. It was on and off for 2hrs motn. I fed her around 1 and she went back to sleep fine then around 2-4 she was up crying between periods of sleep. It was not cool. All this to say don't be too hard in yourself. If you can just start again tonight. Or if not then don't. It is so far, by far, the hardest momming thing because in my head it's hard to differentiate angry crying from sad crying. I have to keep reminding myself that she is ok, Just way pissed off.
