meggypoo1 I'm with you. My torso is super short so as soon as I have any belly the underwire from my regular bras dig into my belly. I switched a couple weeks ago 😩
I just took a bath during nap time. I haven't had a bath in over 3 years and it was lovely. Now just waiting for Amazon to deliver those over-hyped cinnamon bears 😉 Going to the sounders (MLS) playoff game tonight with DH. Should be fun!!

I can't stop eating. On one hand I think this is good (feeling a bit better) but I need to reign it in.
Anyone got a pregnancy workout regimen they like?
Did you work out before pregnancy? If so, could you try the activity modified? For instance, I used to run at a quicker pace and log more miles per week, but with increased blood volume I was having more of an irregular HB with activity so I've slowed my pace and log fewer miles. Sometimes, to increase intensity but keep it lower impact, I walk briskly (4.2 miles/hr which is 15 min mile) at a 10-12 incline.
For weights, I do circuit training with dumbells and bands. I love the 21 DF videos, too!
I love my doctor.. so so very much. I had a ton of pressure low yesterday at work and it worried me. So, they squeezed me in this morning at 9:15. Our little boy's head was resting right on the cervix. BUT!! My cervix is not only holding, but was slightly thicker than last week.
As to my early morning work.. she is limiting me to two shifts a week and I don't think my store is going to accommodate. I think they're going to push me into an early leave of absence I think I might be more irate about that if it was a better paying job. As it is, this child is by FAR more important than a retail job that I have to help us get ahead. ^_~
On the working out.. I don't dare >< My doctor is already contemplating not letting me go on to the company Christmas party because it is a weekend in Las Vegas. "Vegas is all about walking." Nuuu!! I wanna go!!! She's holding off nixing it or not until mid-November.
MIL and SIL surprised me with cleaning our gross basement today while I was at work. It feels so good to go down there now and see a clean floor/ceiling and most of the junk organized and put away.
jnow I swim 30-45 minutes a day, and walk 60 minutes a day- for some reason I can't run or do the elliptical anymore. My heart rate gets weird, and I feel faint. I am LOVING swimming, and this is new.
jnow, I recently started doing a pregnancy workout series I found on youtube. Here's a link to one of them, there are also a few others- www.youtube.com/watch?v=0J4N2uNqwx4&t=889s I was doing cardiobarre by the same person before pregnancy and then didn't feel well enough to do anything until a couple weeks ago. It's low impact and pretty easy, but it took me a couple days before I was able to get through the whole video since I hadn't done anything but walking all through first tri and my fitness was already getting pretty bad.
@meggypoo, +1 to already needing new bras. At this rate, my nursing bras from last time may not fit by the end but we'll see how it all turns out.

Egads. Forgive me, but I am so jealous of those of you that can exercise! ... on the other hand, I am so thankful that I can have this little boy, even if it means I have to start from scratch afterwards
HAHAHAHA!
Can you guys tell that I was afraid she'd toss me straight into the hospital today? I think I'm struggling because I'm two weeks from when she tossed me onto hospital bed rest with the twins and four weeks from when they were born. Forgive me for the next month as I vacillate between hyper because I'm excited about doing so well this time.. and terrified because of memories.

I posted this in the A/S thread already but we had our gender reveal tonight and we are having a girl! I asked SFIL to record the whole thing on his phone since my mom was facetiming with hers and a friend had mine facetiming another friend. He's great with technology and takes pictures at all family functions. He forgot to start the video until we opened the box and the balloons are already out lol.
Also, I haven't stopped getting up to pee in the middle of the night from when I was pregnant with ds! Part of that is because I used to work out at night after he went to bed so I drank quite a bit of water at night. I also take my prenatals before bed so that requires a decent amount of water too.
It went well! Thanks!! The baby was moving A TON during the scan, but they got all necessary pics. Posterior placenta, no previa this time (It ended up moving by 32 weeks wth DS), so I'm not sure why I'm not able to feel movements from the outside! Still team green!
I've peed myself a couple of times, but it is never with a sneeze or cough, or anything that would make sense to pee yourself. Like usually, it's when I have just peed and I'm walking around afterward, and somehow my body is like "oh wait you forget to let these drops out!" and then it's a mess. This is an un-fun aspect of pregnancy. Lol.
The only time I peed myself (so far) was after a 30 minute car ride. I had to pee and puke at the same time. I only had time to make sure one thing made it in the toilet.
. My H makes fun of me for my puke bucket as well. I thought it was something every family had, but he claims that his family just used a pot from the kitchen and washed it after. No thanks...I'll keep my puke bucket!

We just used the bathroom trash can if a bucket was warranted.
When we were little and pukey we got a big bowl by our beds just in case, but I don't ever remember using it. The goal was always to make it to the toilet.
