Symptoms: my feet started swelling. and someone is sitting on my bladder. ugh

GTKY: Happy Halloween! Are you doing anything to celebrate? Yes, taking DD ToT and handing out candy. we did a ton of Halloween stuff this weekend (Zoo Boo, pumpkin carving, making Halloween cookies for DCP, etc.)

Appointments this week: Weekly appointment on Friday, NST on Monday

Symptoms: I've got all the things - pelvic pain, heartburn, tired, pain when walking. The end of twin pregnancy is not glamorous. Sorry guys.

Rants/Raves/Questions: Rave, it's my first work from home day today.

Symptoms: Awful dreams. Minor sciatica sometimes. Minor hip pain. The dreams are actually the worst part of it.

HeyMrsPotter - no I don't think you'll need the bunting/snow suit things this winter. plan to heat up the car before you go anywhere, run the babies in their seats out to the car and use the cover up/insulated covers/blankets for moving from inside to out and vice versa.

HeyMrsPotter, from what I hear, many of those snowsuit/bunting things are kind of useless. You can't use them in a car seat because they are a choking hazard. So I'm not really sure what you're supposed to use them for, when they are infants.

Symptoms: Sciatica or left butt cheek pain

Rants/Raves/Questions: Rave. Our 16 week scan went great, we were able to see little boy and little girl parts and she measured brains, femurs, bladders...she also checked the cord to see that both were 3 vessel and everything looks great! Our OB said that the MFM that was doing ours always finds "something" but that our babies looked perfect! Yay!

GTKY: Happy Halloween! Are you doing anything to celebrate? I will be handing out the candy, we are in a new neighborhood so I don't know what to expect!

Week/Team/Fruit: 11/finding out/figs

Appointments this week: I have my MFM appointment Friday, when I'll be 12 weeks. I'm excited, as I haven't had a scan since 8 weeks.

Symptoms: Just tired, but I have a feeling that's not going anywhere. No more aversions or nausea.

Rants/Raves/Questions: A rave - my husband decided to wait to tell his parents. He initially wanted to tell them this weekend, but they have a ton of other things going on right now (taking care of 95 y/o grand parent, cancer treatment, family drama). So much that I worry that this would almost be a another thing to worry about rather than happy news. Our new target date to tell them is the weekend before Thanksgiving, which should give us a little more insight since we'll have the MFM appointment and related tests done by then.

GTKY: Happy Halloween! Are you doing anything to celebrate? I ordered a shirt from Amazon, and had the opposite as HeyMrsPotter happen - it was way too small. I might have ordered a kids size mistakenly. Tonight, I'm handing out candy.

Appointments this week: maybe chiro. I can't decide if I wanna go to be proactive after my accident or say I'm good. I just worry about getting sore after I've told insurance I'm OK.

Symptoms: nothing new- still have carpel tunnel on my right arm.

Rants/Raves/Questions:

Symptoms: nausea/vomiting, aches, tired.
Rants/Raves/Questions: I can't wait to go out from work. I'm not wishing for bed rest, but I would like to not be seeing 8 hours of kids every day. Any questions that I should ask my MFM re: this triplet pregnancy that I may not think to ask?
GTKY: we dressed up LO and I dressed up today too. She went to the "trunk or treat" event at school with DH and then we had a normal evening after that. We don't get many ToT'ers anyway here and I don't want DD woken up, so that's probably it for today. DD turns 1 tomorrow though 😱

Symptoms: Nada! Though today I felt like poop. I dealt with a dog who had an infectious disease that can be passed to humans this weekend so naturally I convinced myself that I simply must have contracted said disease. 

Rants/Raves/Questions: I start my new job tomorrow! Going to be fun sucking in this baby bump for the next two weeks while I await the perfect time to tell them I'm KU

GTKY: Happy Halloween! Are you doing anything to celebrate? We don't get super into Halloween but we dressed Emi up as a cowgirl and took her to a few events around the city. We did about an hour of trick or treating tonight as well. She's still a bit too young to get it and some of the costumes freaked her out but overall I think she had fun!

HeyMrsPotter, I'd say definitely no to the bunting. They're just a pain. Blankets, hats and the shower cap cover up thing work great! Other than that, normal clothes so you can fasten those babes in tight with as little dead space between them and the straps as possible.

lindsay - I started feeling baby A around 17 weeks but baby B not until closer to 20 weeks.

HeyMrsPotter I also live in the cold Midwest. I'm considering getting a pram/bunting but more for the transition from winter to spring when it's not too cold to take them for short walks outside in the stroller. Definitely not for use in the car. I could probably just use heavy enough blankets but some of those prams/bunting are just so darn cute!

HeyMrsPotter I bought a couple of thinner fleece ones to go over their clothes for an extra layer in and out, but nothing thick enough to make the car seat unsafe. I'd say with warm clothes and a blanket or cover on the car seat you will be fine.

And yes dream2be3 they are adorable!!

My belly feels so stretched already. I get so uncomfortable towards bedtime. It's impossible to eat more than a few bites of a meal because the heartburn is a bitch and I just feel so full. I know it's still early, but I don't know how I'm gonna survive another 20ish weeks. :/

Questions: Is anyone else asthmatic and on a preventative? If so, which one? I've been on Symbicort for a while now, but I've exhausted the AstraZenica coupon, which makes the inhaler $400 with our insurance.

GTKY: We didn't do a damn thing for Halloween. I figure this is the last year I get to be lazy about it, so that's what we did lol

lindsay, I first felt Baby A at 18w and Baby B at 19/20w, although Baby B did have an anterior placenta so I think that played into it a bit.

lindsay- both my babies have anterior placentas and I barely felt them at 22 weeks. 25 almost 26 and feel them more now.

@wineandcupcakes yay second tri (for real this time!) I thought for the past week I was in it already haha. Then I realized one has to actually complete the 13th week before celebrating. New job is going ok- only had one day so far and it was all training and since it's kind of FDA/pharmaceutical work, it was a lot of "this is illegal, this is illegal, don't do this, definitely don't do this, this is how you do this... etc" terribly boring. But I think it'll get better and all the people seem great so far! Thanks for asking

140 BP isn't pre-E range yet is it? I thought you had to get up to closer like 160. Making babies is stressful! Try not to worry though! You're over halfway there!

@wineandcupcakes - I had pre-e with my daughter and delivered at 38 weeks. The end of my pregnancy was not fun, but I was in good hands and my doctors managed it well . I'm terrified about getting it again, but this has been an easier pregnancy so hopefully that won't be the case.

I had my ultrasound yesterday and the babies look great with heartbeats of 163 and 173. My next appointment isn't until 11/30 for the N/T scan. Not sure how I'm going to wait that long!
