I'm officially swearing off desserts, pastries, and candy. I will miss my daily Starbucks apple fritter tremendously. Prepare to hear me whine a lot because I have no willpower and hate dieting.
My parents are coming for the week so I'm going to use the extra hands to make lots of healthy, easy to grab snacks. Recipes/suggestions welcome.
I don't want to cut calories because I'm worried about the effects on BF, and I am legitimately hungry pretty much constantly from BF twins. But I always satiate my hunger with junky carbs. I really need to cut sugar and have more protein instead.
Cooking is really tough because there is almost no time that both babies are asleep/content for long enough that I can safely do something in the kitchen. I think I am going to start making crock pot meals, which I've never really done but it feels like the only option for actually having real meals. We've been living on freezer meals recently. :-(
