Morning! Do we have lots of candy laying around today?

Good morning. We have zero candy leftover lol.

I'm trying to convince myself I really need to get out of the bed since my toddler ran away. Butttt so warm & comfy.

DH let me sleep in today! I got up and got DD to preschool and laid back down and he got up with LO and I just now woke up. I feel great.
We have soooo much candy but luckily LO has already forgotten about his.

Not much candy here. But we have 3 huge taffy apples.

Just got to work. Making a checklist of what I need to get done for baby asap, and other nice to get done but not necessary stuff. I think I'm taking Friday off to start checking stuff off the list.

I'm kinda feeling like a jerk. LO is in a wanting to be picked up and held all the time phase and it's driving me nuts. I'm so tired I just want to sloth around on the couch.

Don't feel bad. I definitely feel this way sometimes. Especially when now. Your body is working hard, listen to it and take it easy!

LO has been going through this as well. I tell myself I'm teaching her coping skills and independence by not picking her up all the time. Is that bad? Lol

Lots of candy here, but I think we are going to donate most of it. Somewhere local is doing candy for troops I think. I've been so tired lately, I really need to get to bed earlier. Hope everyone has a good day

ourcrazynavylife omg yes. I already ordered our turkeys for Friendsgiving. Can. Not. Wait.

The first thing lo asked for this morning was his glow sticks. He hung them on his dresser knobs before bed last night and wanted them immediately this morning. It was unseasonably warm today so we spent the morning playing outside. I raked a pile of leaves for lo and he played in them for an hour. It's the simple things, I guess.
Has anyone's lo gotten the flu shot yet? Please tell me my kid's not going to be a hot mess after. This year's shot kicked my ass, so I'm hoping it's not the same for him.

nemomof2 good for YH! Lo unfortunately has the memory of a freaking elephant and remembers everything. He asked for cookies at lunch (that my mom made him) and I totally used them to bribe him to eat his chicken. Not even ashamed.
littlelion eek, you're in the home stretch now, mama! Hope you're feeling ok.

Leo needs bedtime asap. He's in his usual mood and I'm too tired to deal.

His new thing is when he gets mad he does this pffft noise or raspberry. Ohhh-kay.

ashlantic no flu shot yet for leo. And omg can this weather make up its mind? I wore a sweater top today and was burning up. Glad you and lo enjoyed the day though!
