I did a Boy Scout event for folding the flag. I have no affiliation with the group. I wore my uniform last week and really struggled with the pants tonight. I also ended up on the ground and showing them how to low crawl at some point because the Cubs needed to burn off some energy
Ugh I'm so thirsty but I need to stop drinking or I'll be up peeing all night long.
I have this same battle every night! I swear I don't get thirsty until about 7:30pm and then all of a sudden I could drink litres of water. And regret at midnight, three am... etc.
I wasn't at my desk today at work so I only drank half of what I normally drank. I did hydrate with pickle juice earlier but I will probably drink at least another 12-16ozs.
Add me to the stomach hurts club. But I didn't have a scan recently lol. I've been trying to determine all day today if it's muscle pain or gas pain because it's in my back too.
Yeah i know my back pain is from the very uncomfortable chairs in my meeting tonight and I'm sure some of this pain is gas related too but ugh.
Also I baked cardamom cookies and chocolate chip cookies tonight. I haven't baked my whole pregnancy so I'm looking forward to stuffing my face after the toddler goes to bed.
I'm excited to make Christmas cookies this year! I haven't been baking lately either.

rowe, your anecdotes really help. My cousin is super laid back so I doubt she'll care either way. I think it's probably down to me and my reservations about still using it.
I don't remember feeling pain after ultrasounds last go around. My A/S is on Thursday, so I'm so glad for the heads up.
blondie yeah, they're BG freetimes. I watched a video on it the other day. I just haven't found the time/courage to do it. Lol.
I started with Alva's first which were a pain. The first 4.0 I did was the one with a paint stain. This way I wouldn't cry as much if I messed up. I also now think the lady that does them locally doesn't charge enough because of the time needed if you want to redo the waist. Legs are a breeze! I've seen several different ways. Mine isn't as accurate, but I cut the elastic out. I feed the new stuff uncut through with a paper clip. Sew that side down and shut. Then pull it fairly tight and sew down on the other side. Cut elastic and sew shut. I got 4 diapers done today and put into one of our customers bins to try out for me.
My AS took almost 2 hours. My abdomen feels like I have pulled muscles even today and my back and hips are killing me from lying on the table for so long. If any of the other scans take that long I'll have to ask for a break in the middle.
My ultrasound was only 30 minutes but she poked her a lot to get her to roll over for a profile pic. I was genuinely worried about the amount of pain but google says it's normal. I think I'll go downstairs and ice again before bed.
I always drink juice an hour before the scan to get baby to cooperate. The pain should subside, it really depends on how hard they have to push to see what they want/need to see

Yeah I will be bringing juice and chocolate to my A/S. The minute I ate the chocolate she woke up.

Good morning! Glad to see I'm not the only one thinking of Christmas cookies already. I just went through last night and picked the 6 recipes I'll be making this year. Can't wait to get baking!

DH has today off (works in the mortgage industry) and I am so jealous. DD is at daycare, too, so he has the whole house to himself.
I get a day like that on December 23rd, but I'll probably have so much Christmas stuff to do I won't really get to enjoy it fully. I wish I had the spare PTO to have taken the day with him.
I've been taking advantage of Veterans Day. A local place did free oil changes and 50% off services. Dh and I both took advantage of it. I finally got the transmission flush and some power injection clean thing. Omg does my old car drive soooo much better!

I had today off but so did the toddler. I'd have killed for daycare to be open today, ThankfulSnail! I mean, we had fun, but I could've used a few hours to myself.
I've been putting off the fact that we will have two kiddos. And how we are going to deal with childcare. Daycare is expensive and we can't afford two kiddos full time there. We had bad luck when we did an in home day care. So I feel like we are stuck between a rock and hard place. I keep hoping a friend or someone pops up that wants like $200 a week for approximately 20 hours.

Bowling outing was fun. I ate entirely too much bar food and felt like a beached whale by the end of it. But I didn't have soda! So that totally counts for something right?! I was super nice and let DH go out bar hopping with his coworkers while I brought DD home. I just let her stay up and finish watching tinker bell. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to watch something or just go pass out like an old lady.
DH is working all weekend, and I'm already dying from being cooped up inside without him. Bugs is napping, when she wakes we may go to tj maxx and/or the craft store. I need to get out.
I just tried to go anywhere to get out of the house, and my car is dead. Then I tried the jumpbox, wouldn't kick it. I think the battery is too low on that. Now we are stuck here ugh.
