Birth date (and EDD): November 21st, EDD December 1st (Doctors don't think I'll make it past 38 weeks, but I really don't want to be in the hospital for thanksgiving!
Weight: 7 lbs. 3 oz.
Length: 19"
Hair Color/Amount: very little light brown hair
**We know it's a girl, however, I am blatantly terrified she is actually going to be born a boy.

harfamilyof3, you and me both have the same fears. All this damn work on a boys room and purchasing of boys clothes...it would be a total bummer. I am sure if it was she wouldn't mind dinosaur outfits and trucks right!?!?
Birth date (and EDD): Nov 22nd(let's hope... PLEASE be a quick L&D) --- EDD Dec 13th
Weight: 7 lb 6 oz
Length: 20"
Hair Color/Amount: lots of black hair like big sis G
Sex (if you are team green): hmmm... I go back and forth - but we are hoping for a boy so that we'd have "one of each" (will obviously be thrilled either way!)

Birth date (and EDD): Dec 18th (because I want her to come early) and Dec 18th (EDD)
the rest of this I'm guess based on DD1 who was born at 39 weeks 5 days, lol
Weight: 8 lb 5 oz
Length: 20"
Hair Color/Amount: dark, but not much - I haven't had much heartburn this time...DD1 was born with a full head of hair and by 35 weeks with her, even water gave me heartburn
Sex (if you are team green): girl...as many ultrasounds as we've had, the chances of a surprise are very slim...but we'll be in trouble if she's not a girl b/c we won't have many clothes since we're reusing DD1's, lol....

lola, i had a friend who was told girl the whole pregnancy...and it was a boy....so that makes me paranoid....I realize she wasn't high risk and didn't have all the ultrasounds I've had with both pregnancies, but every time we have an ultrasound, I always joke "is she still a girl?" with the technician.

Exactly! I haven't had an ultrasound since week 20, so who knows!
crimpgirl, Agreed, I'm hoping they're pretty good. They sonogram they got was REALLY clear. And yes, my husband and I are both talk, so I'm thinking long baby too.
I can't remember how long I was, but my dad and my husband were both BIG babies. My mom is small, but I definitely got the tall genes (I'm six inches taller than her). My husband towers over the rest of his small Italian family. I think this baby has no choice but to be tall.
I think DH and I were smaller babies but we're both tall now. I'm fully anticipating that this baby won't fit into newborn stuff. Someone on either the October or November board had a 23 incher when I was lurking the other day.

lola I have 7 inches on my mum!!! I am a full foot taller than my MIL, she's only 4'10"!

To add to the tall babies tall people. I am not as tall as crimpgirl but I am 5'7 so not to shabby I have always been "taller" I was around 20 inches. DD was born at 21 in and she is still 100% in height..she is wearing 4T shirts due to her height cause 3T are not long enough lol. My DH is 6'1 so we think she might get up there. emilie, There is a "old wives tale" that says that at 2 you can measure a girl and get a pretty good idea of height when fully grown and boys is at 3. I believe you double the height.
Mayo clinic says: After age 2, most healthy children grow steadily at about 2 inches per year until they reach puberty. During puberty they have a growth spurt, and shortly after that growth ends. Generally, most girls grow only about 2 inches more after they have their first menstrual period. Boys, by the time they need to start shaving and their voices deepen, have usually almost finished growing.
Genetics plays the biggest role in a person's final adult height. The best predictor of height is parents' height or, more specifically, midparental height. You can calculate midparental height by adding the mother's and father's height in inches. Add 5 more inches for boys or subtract 5 inches for girls. Divide by two. Most children will reach an adult height within 2 inches of mid-parental height.

crimpgirl, yeah we will see my MIL is also 4'10 and 100 lbs wet. Looks like if I did parental midheight we are looking at a G: 5'7 1/2 - 5'8. B: 6 1/2 - 6'1. Maybe I will be able to let you know one day. lol
Birth date (and EDD): Nov 30th, EDD is Dec. 16th, but my RCS is scheduled for the 12th
Weight: 6 lb 3 oz
Length: 20"
Hair Color/Amount: light brown/blonde because I am just a vessel for DH's genes. I had super dark hair as a kid, almost black, but my babies were born with H's hair.
Sex (if you are team green): it had better be a girl after all the tests and ultrasounds said it is!

mrswillie, I based my length prediction on DD, who was 21" at 36 weeks. I was told this baby has long legs by the u/s tech. H and I are both short though, so I doubt she'll be too long.
DS was 15 3/4" at 32 weeks and was only 3 lbs thanks to IUGR. I don't base anything on his birth size!
Lucy yeah, I definitely wouldn't base anything off your DS' birth size. Is he on the taller end now? That's crazy that your DD was 21" at 36 weeks. I wonder how much longer babies get those last couple weeks. I know they say they gain 1/2 lb per week the last couple weeks.

He's still pretty short. Definitely not the shortest in his class, but on the short end. I think he's around the 50th percentile. For his first 2 years he was barely on the growth charts, then he finally started catching up.
DD grew super fast and was above the 95th % in height and weight until she was 2, then she dropped down and eventually evened out in the 50th.
Birth date (and EDD): 12/21 wishful thinking, EDD 12/25 or 26 (depending on dr)
Weight: 8lb 5oz
Length: 22"
Hair Color/Amount: just a little bit of blond hair like daddy
Sex (if you are team green): Boy
At our 28 week ultrasound, little dude was measuring in the 98% and 2 weeks ahead. I'm 5'6" and DH is 6'6" (with size 17 shoes) so I'm expecting a big and long baby boy. And according to WineNChocolate math, he will be 6'2" as an adult. But I would guess even taller. My dad is 6' and my brother is 6'2" , so I have tall genes on my side as well. And my niece and nephew on DH's side have both been off the charts for height their whole lives.
sdgal size 17!? Wow! Where does one buy shoes that size? Haha! Goodness, your baby boy will probably come out wearing the same size shoe as my 4 y/o. 😂😂😂
