Symptoms: Sciatica or SI joint issue on the left side is making it painful to walk. I'd like to know which it is and if there's anything I can do about it. So far I think I'm going to try rest and split squats. I'm also getting back to five meals a day since I can't fit a full meal in my stomach anymore.
Rants/Raves/Questions: I got another comment this morning that I'm tiny for 25 weeks with twins. I'm not sure that's a rant. Just strange that people feel the need to comment.
GTKY: Where do you shop from most when non pregnant? I avoid shopping if I can. I don't remember the last non-maternity clothing item I bought. Maybe resale places or Kohls? Target never seems to fit me correctly, especially the pants. They don't allow for hips or a butt.

Congrats requiressnacks I hope your LOs are doing well and that baby boy comes home soon Week/Team/Fruit: 13+1/ blue/ kiwis Appointments: not till 12/1 Symptoms: aches, nausea/MS, tired R/R/Q: not really. I just hope that my Dr puts me out around winter break. I really don't want to go back at 21 weeks with triplets. That just seems nuts. I'm tying to prep my principal & director but I think there's some denial there. GTKY: clothes wise, probably TJ Maxx. Everything else probably Target
mustloveerica- congrats on double pink! @nomnom- I've gotten similar comments. Mostly comparing either my belly to a co-worker who is prego or to my sister who is also prego.

Week/Team/Fruit: 27w 3D. Team purple.
Appointments this week: U/S- cervix and fluid check this week.
Symptoms: Not pg/twin related...but fighting a cold....ugh! But did get my update from the nurse- passed my 1 hr glucose test!!!
Rants/Raves/Questions: got the note to start doing kick counts. I still barely feel the two kiddos with my 2 anterior placentas. Highly doubtful I'll even bother. Did anyone else actually do kick counts???
GTKY: Where do you shop from most when non pregnant? Target/Anazin or Ann Taylor Loft
Week/Team/Fruit: 13w4d/finding out (maybe this week/kiwis Appointments: OB on 11.22 Symptoms: tired and getting headaches for the last few days R/R/Q: We still haven't told my ILs. They have so much going on right now and are somewhat negative people, so both of us were concerned with how they'll take it. We're supposed to get our cell-free DNA results this week, so hopefully everything will be normal and we can give them a bunch of good, big news all at once. They think our baby boat sailed long ago, so there will be disbelief. I don't want there to be a negative reaction though...
GTKY: Amazon for everything but clothes. Clothes, a mix of things, all online.
requiressnacks, can we have more baby pics please?? nic1231, yay boy/girl!!! I'm SO jealous. nomnom, I HATE the commentary! All my techs at work this weekend commented on how big I am all the sudden. It's no a big deal, just like...I know, I don't need you to remind me. fightersince83, I get the denial at my work too. I worked until 2 days before I delivered my first so I think there's an expectation that I'll do that again this time. I'd love to! But I'm not so sure that'll be realistic.
Week/Team/Fruit: 16/pink/avocados
Appointments this week: Had a regular Ob appt. today and met another doctor from the new practice I picked. I didn't like her. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt because I was her first appt. of the day and maybe she hadn't had a chance to finish her coffee. Have a perinatologist appointment Wednesday for a growth scan...I guess. Even though they did that at the Ob today too- babies are both right on track with growth and weigh 5oz. So crazy.
Symptoms: Nothing really. I feel huge and wah wah wah but that's only going to get worse so I'm trying not to think about how much of a gorilla I feel like when I sit naked and my boobs damn near hang down to rest on my belly.
Rants/Raves/Questions: I can officially feel movement and feel it often. So that's nice! I suppose my rant is that I found out today my Ob is going to want to see me weekly from 28 weeks on for ultrasounds each week! Ain't no body got time for that
GTKY: Where do you shop from most when non pregnant? Loft, Express, Target, Macy's
Oh and requiressnacks, I can probably take over the check in...but I might need reminders from people if I forget! Someone else might be better at it but if no one is willing or able, I can.

DVMmomma I HATE being naked while preggo. Some people can make it look good but I just feel like something out of National Geographic. Yeah, I'm probably going to be asking my Dr to put me out right after the break. I let them know to mentally prepare them, but nothing has happened on their end to prep for my leave. We also have another girl who is quitting in March and we're already down one therapist. They're gonna be screwed if they don't start taking this seriously.

river the MFM said they're going to watch me very carefully but wouldn't give me a ball park. I let him know a little more of what my job entails. It can be fairly physical at times. I work with a lot of severe kids who have a lot of behaviors so I did share that with him so he keeps that in mind when deciding when I should stop working.
ETA: hopefully your ILs aren't douchebags and are genuinely happy for you two.

Great, thanks!!! It's really easy and it's not like it matters if you are a day late.

@jacks605, I didn't do kick counts, but I can tell you they would have been near impossible for me. I felt one baby way more consistently than the other. And even that movement was relatively minimal.
@jacks605 I haven't done kick counts nor has my Dr even brought it up. I have NST's twice weekly at this point so I don't think kick counts are necessary for me.
Week/Team/Fruit:33w5d/blue/cauliflower
Appointments this week: NST yesterday and Thursday as well as a growth ultrasound.
Symptoms: holy pelvic pain batman!
Rants/Raves/Questions: A few weeks ago I thought for sure the twinkies would be here by Thanksgiving but now I feel like they are hunkering down for the long haul. I really don't want to go much past 38w. I don't think I have the patience!
GTKY: Where do you shop from most when non pregnant? Clothes? Maurices or Old Navy
Rants/Raves/Questions: I think baby boy's placenta is even more anterior because I can barely feel him. It's totally screwing with my mind!! Also I'm starting to hear "not much longer?!?" from strangers who are looking at my bump, my reply is "oh no we have a long way to go, we are just having twins" and then I get "you're going to be huge". It's so awesome. Not.
GTKY: Where do you shop from most when non pregnant? TJMaxx, Loft, Target. I've gotten cheap with my clothes since starting IVF, plus I live in scrubs most of the time.

Preach. I don't even bother telling people I'm having twins, it's whomever I'm with that spills those beans. I barely have the patience for DD, ain't nobody got time for strangers' stoopid comments.
LydiaDeetz, that is perfect and I may steal it. Mornings, I feel like the pre-popped can. Before bed, that picture is me.
dukegirlsc, UGH, I dread uninvited stranger comments.
We found out that our cell-free DNA results were good and that there's at least one boy in there. It's exciting but now we need to amp up our name list for boys.
