Haha @osw I'm making my parents help me finish the nursery when they visit for my graduation in May. So they'll be breaking down the guest bed and assembling the crib.
Last night was Click frenzy internet sale night and it took allllll my willpower to not buy anything. I promised DH that I wouldn't buy baby things til later (after AS) and I'm struggling. He gave me one free pass to get a onesie I was using in our announcement because I have shopping issues. 😭😭😭

I really want to get DD a 3' tall Elsa doll for Christmas. It's on a black Friday deal for $50, which is a good deal, but I am 100% sure DH will not approve.

rowe, your business idea sounds so fun! And I'm impressed with your exercising. I just eat doughnuts and sleep.
I seriously need to start Christmas shopping. Plus my son's bday is before then. He needs some 2 year old toys. He's been playing with our salad spinner for days now. #badmom

Haha, don't be impressed! I've only made it two days in a row.
Also, my daughter would rather play with the salad spinner any day over her toys. Toys are overrated.

Oh good! I have lots and lots of kitchen gadgets M can play with when she gets here. No need to buy toys.
I made fried rice for dinner totally not expecting DS to eat it - he's going through a really picky phase. But he devoured a whole plate and asked for seconds.
DH is the picky one tonight. I made a pineapple sweet and sour sauce as well and DH just complained about it until he took a bite and apologised.
I'm so hungry lately all I want to do is graze all day. After losing weight I'm concerned about regaining with the pregnancy.

This new hunger is hard for me too. I really haven't changed my diet much since I've been pregnant and now it's starting to hit me that I need to eat more.

Hey, ladies. In the past 24 hours, I've been told, "You don't look pregnant at all!" (gee, thanks, I always look this fat?) "Are you SURE it's not twins?" twice, and also asked "I'm sorry if this is personal, but was the pregnancy a surprise?". Starting to wish I'd kept my pregnancy a secret for longer.

ThankfulSnail people need to shut up. I literally don't understand why society thinks it's okay to comment on a pregnant woman's body. The only thing they should ever say is you look particularly ravishing today or you're glowing. That's. It. People.

Same! Two seperate coworkers. Same shift. First was all you're barely showing for being your second pregnancy. Second was all holy crap you've popped since I've last seen you! You've got a big belly.
Nope. Pretty sure that's just my normal big belly in an unflattering top since i don't want the clients to know I'm pregnant.

Oh and dd's snow boots came in this week. I got her a winter coat and snow pants on sale plus 30% off so like $20 for the set. I am super stoked. Grandma will help buy stuff, but always buys big. 4t is just a bit big on did right now. So 5/6 is just a pain.
Confession: my pet peeve is dressing my daughter constantly in clothes that are way too big. I don't mind storing clothes for when we need it, but I feel like clothes that are too big just make her look dishoveled. My mil likes to buy everything too big and put her in it right away.
I feel like clothes that are too big eventually lead to body issues because generally they don't flatter you and make you look bigger than you are.
blondie I 100% agree with you. My MIL is the same way.. "I got this for him. It looks like it'll fit!" No, he's in 24m/2T, that's a 5/6. He won't wear it for years.
Growing up, I always had bigger clothes "to grow into them," even in high school when I didn't do much growing. Even my shoes were a full size too big. I won't do that to my children
My mil may have gotten did a cute peacoat that isn't machine washable. Glad it's staying at her place because I am not hand washing.
Also, for this fall weather, dd doesn't need to wear more than one coat to stay warm if it is properly fitting. Layering has its place, but clothes can't keep you warm if they don't fit right.
