We did Ferber to get DS to STTN. He started fine, giving us 7-8 hrs but being fussy at bedtime. Then he randomly started refusing to sleep in the crib and started waking up at night when we gave up and brought him into our bed. So we did Ferber to get him to sleep in the bed and now he sleeps 11 hrs normally.
Bedtime begins at 8pm-ish (later on weekends when DH works until 7:30). We change his diaper and put on PJs and sleep sack. Then it's "boobie-story time" and I read to him while nursing him lying down. When he falls asleep or we finish the chapter (so around 8:30), I transfer him to the crib. He wakes normally around 7am, but sometimes at 6am. Any other time at night if he makes noise I generally just wait and he falls back asleep.
We have been very lucky. After about 6 months his sleep just fell into place. He sleeps 8pm-7am like clockwork. He takes 2 decent naps each day.
This is like us. We did Ferber at 6 months when DS went into his own room and after 3 days of it, something clicked and he's slept from 7pm until 7am every single day. He takes one long nap mid morning and sometimes a teeny nap mid afternoon, but regardless of his daytime naps he sleeps all night.
No sleep training here but DS goes to sleep around 8/8:30 and sleeps anywhere to 5-6 AM(I think he hears DH up for work), he has half a bottle or less, then back asleep until 8-8:30. When DH is away, then he sleeps past the 6 AM and skips bottle

DS is a terrible sleeper. He will typically sleep from 7-12:30/1:30, then is up for milk, down until 3:30/4ish, then he cat naps until 6:30- up at random times from the second wakeup until he's up for the day. I usually toss him in our bed at the second wakeup because he will sleep longer that way. He's actually hungry during his two feedings so I feel like I shouldn't break him of them yet. We haven't sleep trained and I still nurse to sleep (I know, I know...).

If baby girl wakes up MOTN she nurses for maybe 20 minutes and just goes right to sleep without crying.
More often lately she has been sleeping about 10-11 hours straight with no wake-up, but still mostly wakes up once. Last week she STTN for five nights in a row when she was sick and then recovering.
DS is a good sleeper. In bed by 8 and sleeps till 7. The one thing that I have noticed can impact this is getting enough food at night. He really packs it in before bedtime.... Usually about 3oz of solids, handful of puffs, and a 5oz bottle all within an hour of bedtime. On the off days he eats "lite", he wakes up for a snack.
His pacifier has a wubbanub on it that he plays with the tag, plus he pulls on his blankets. Do you think I should add an additional lovey?
Maybe it's too much of a distraction? Is having the loveys in the MOTN turning into playtime? I dunno, just thinking aloud I guess. Sorry you're having such a tough time.
LO is an okay sleeper. I'm having one hell of a time night weaning, though. We had minor success with Ferberizing, but then we started cutting a tooth and that all went to shit. Now his wake ups are too random to try that again. He's getting a little better, and is only taking 2 oz, but he still wants to eat 2-3 times a night.

We didn't sleep train but broke the nursing to sleep and got her out of our bed at the same time. She goes down at 7 and usually sleeps till 5 then comes to bed with us till 7ish. She has slept 12 straight but it's not the norm. This week she has decided she wants to sleep on her belly and that has made for some rough times as she sleeps longer when she's down but has a harder time putting herself back to sleep for some reason. She still doesn't crawl but is really working on it during the day so I'm hoping when she figures it out she gets some more restful nights.
Naps are a crapshoot and the first one is usually in the car seat for 30-50 mins and the second is in our bed with me trapped next to her. Daddy and grandma have been able to get crib naps but momma does not have the same luck.
Daddy is the one who puts her to bed and does all wake ups before 1am. I'm not able to get her to sleep in her crib, she just won't let me

DD sleeps about 12-13 hrs a night, but usually wakes up only once for a diaper change and bottle. But she only started doing that after we did sleep training.

Looking at the frequency distribution, it looks basically like no matter what situation you have, it's normal. Or, there is no normal way babies sleep.
Also, jealous of the parents who have 11-12 hour sleepers. Mine is a 9-10 hour sleeper, often waking once a night but usually not more than that anymore. He's down around 7:30, sometimes up again in the next hour or two for an extra snuggle and a little more bottle, especially if he fell asleep after only a couple ounces. Then he's up for the day between five and six most days, and the last week or so it's been more like between 4:30 and 5.

DD sleeps from 8pm-6 or 7am with 1 wake up around 2 am. However, the last 2 nights she has not gotten up for a motn feeding. FX that it lasts! She naps around 10am and 3pm, each lasting 1-2 hours.
