Milestones: Y'all, he has a pincer grasp!! Yay!! It's not perfect, but the fact that he is even attempting it is awesome. Also, he had started to feed himself with his hands. Yay!! Maybe we can move away from purees.
Challenges: He has been sick. Second virus inn two weeks and this on is holding on. His fever goes away, but by evening it's back. I may have to take him back to the doc. Sigh.
Funny/cute story: Y'all he is like a dog begging for food whenever I eat. He gets this huge smile on his face and races over to me, sits on his knees and bounces. It's so funny.
How are you? He got me sick. So my body is exhausted creating antibodies for both of us.
QOTW: Does your baby's room (and other kids) have a theme? So, I may or may not get flamed, but W's room is not done. We dont have a crib or anything. We co-sleep cause that is how sleep happens in muy house, so his room fell by the wayside.
Nothing new since last week. Just all over the place and getting into everything.
Sleep is slowly getting better, I think? We've been doing hardcore CIO the last few days to get him back on track. But we are driving multiple states away this weekend to spend all next week with the in laws, so I'm sure all this training will go to shit anyway.
He is suddenly very into some shakers I made a couple months back (I filled mini water bottles with various objects). He shakes them so hard sometimes, he gets this serious look on his face and flaps both arms like a crazy person. It's hilarious.
I've had a migraine the past couple days but otherwise okay.
His room is Winnie the Pooh. Pooh was my favorite thing as a kid, so I thought I'd pass it down. I love it.

its been awhile since I checked in!
Age: 16 weeks
Milestones: swiping at things, belly laughs, and squeals when happy.
Challenges: juggling 2 kids is an ongoing thing
Funny/cute story: S loves to be bounced up and down and just gets so happy and squeals and laughs. It makes my heart burst with happiness
How are you? Ok
QOTW: Does your baby's room (and other kids) have a theme? No theme here because S doesn't ave his own room yet since we bed share. He will get his own special room with a theme when he moves in to his room at some point...
Milestones: we got pur first laugh from baby girl last night. It was the cutest thing. She is stubborn though and wont do it again. I really thought baby boy would let it out first but no.
Challenges:just getting out. It takes so much work with the two. I end up just leaving the house a couple times a week when I am alone. I live in a Appartement with stairs so hauling it all down is lots of work. But it does feel good when we do get out.
Funny/cute story: so baby boy loved this pot holder that I have. It's red and white and smiles and talks to it whenever he sees it. Its so funny.
How are you? ok. I think I would be better if I got out more... but I am ok
QOTW: Does your baby's room (and other kids) have a theme? We have a circus theme for the babies room. It is the right theme for sure. With the 2 I feel like we are in a circus most of the time.

I'm late to the party and haven't check in for awhile. Thanks for check in.
Age: 12 weeks tomorrow
Milestones: Belly laughs Survived my start back at work Holding head up for longer periods
Challenges: Taking the bottle. The other day he went 10 hours between feeds..during the day. I think I discovered the cause, he prefers fresh pumped milk, not frozen. Now that we've solved that we have to get him used to the bottle. He still just plays with the nipple for the first feeding then takes a long time with second bottle. Hopefully when I go back to work full time and he has multiple days in a row he'll figure it out.
Funny/cute story: When I ask him to please take the bottle or sleep through the night he laughs at me.
How are you? Tired. He still gets up 2x/night to eat and being back to work even part time is exhausting.
QOTW: Does your baby's room (and other kids) have a theme? DS room is grey and navy themed with some nautical items (he still sleeps in our room but his room is set up) DD room is grey and shades of pink with some elephant items
