Hello again. I wanted to start another thread because we have new names now thanks to DH and his insistence on not using Vivian I don't know why the approval of strangers matters but I'd like the masses to confirm that the following names are acceptable and sound like 3 sisters:

Emilia (DD1)
Madeline
Isabelle

Emi, Madie, Izzy. Nice ring to it me thinks.

the "lynn" is usually my first guess, mostly because no matter what the spelling I have encountered that pronunciation far more often. But like the others, I'd take my cues from the parents/person.

Beautiful set! I would say -line. Madeleine with the French pronunciation -len is my fave. However, Madeline >>>> Madelyn if you are going for the -lynn sound.

Huh, are those the proper pronunciations or just your take? I have never considered that they would have different pronunciations. I always thought the pronunciation was just a preference.

From what I understand, those are the proper pronunciations. I mean, the letters line do not make the lynn sound. bromios could probably provide more insight.

ETA: -line can also be pronounced LEEN, as in Evangeline.
