You might like this: Speaker Paul Ryan is doing a Phone Survey to gauge support for the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) If you want to let him know your opinion of the ACA give him a call at [phone]
You will need to navigate a small phone tree to get to the right survey. Press 2 to express your opinion on the ACA. You will then listen to a description of HB 3762 a bill that President Obama vetoed earlier this year and they could not get the 2/3rds majority needed to override the veto.
At the end of that message you can choose to press 1 to support the ACA or press 2 to not support it.

Edit: you will get some static for 15-30 seconds and then the phone tree will kick in.

I just called and it picked up with a recorded message from Ryan, then asked me to leave a message. No phone tree or other options.

Try again later. It did this to me on Friday. I called back Saturday and it went to the survey.

I tried about 5 times this morning and get a different version each time but no way to do the survey. I am assuming the system is overloaded (wishful thinking).
