Freezer meals

Thought I would start a new thread for freezer meals, that way we can add to them as we find them or try them out!

I also spent a lot of time on Pinterest looking these up. (I too went to culinary school and learned zero freezer meals beyond pastries and breads lol). I did a lot of soups, stews, and chowders (minus the cream. Added when reheated). I also did a green Chile chicken casserole from cookinglight.com (DH loves it) and pasta dishes hold up well. Lasagna roll ups, lasagnaI even made my own cheese ravioli and IQF it, stick in baggies a few hours later.

Isn't funny how when people hear you went to culinary school they ask you tons of questions for cooking at home, I just give them a blank stare and tell them I learned how to cook for restaurants and catering situations 😂 I still love to cook but it took me a while to adjust after quiting my country club job.

I'm the walking encyclopedia when we go out to dinner.
"What shape is penne?"
"What is ______?"
"What does _____ taste like?"
"How do you make ______?"

They also wait to see what my reaction is to "new" foods, like I'm a famous critic. Lol
