Wine - 3rd ultrasound tomorrow
Whine - I am super annoyed today, and going to rant.
Several weekends ago my SIL, BIL, and their new baby came over. They made a comment about how we had no foods for a 9mo old in the house. So my wife being as thoughtful as she is picked up a few baby food items from Aldi. Some squeeze pouches, some yogurt drops, and some banana puff things. Well today my SIL send us a group text that says "So the Little Journey foods from Aldi are not organic and contain genetically modified ingredients. Good thing they accept returns. You guys can just return what you bought for him, bc he won't be eating it."
Oh excuse me for trying, and sorry for having something available for you. 🙄 Rant over.

Jeez! That would irritate me to no end! Sorry for those types of people you have to deal with!
That would make me so mad.... Bring your own food then!! Our friends a vegetarian and we are not, so they know to bring their own food when we have get togethers.. we don't know what they do and don't eat. Shesh... that's so annoying!

Whine: I threw my back out again but not my lower back like last time, my mid back and the muscles that wrap around my rib cage! So horrible and tylenol does nothing!!! I need to exercise more because weak abs may be the culprit.
Wine: We're doing a holiday/reveal card photo shoot today with our wedding photographer who we love! We have so many different props/outfits it's crazy lol.

Way late to this. But the side-eyeing begins at them commenting on the fact that you don't have food for their child in your house.
My kid is 18 mos right now, and I STILL make sure I bring food with us for her where ever we go. Especially for a 9 month old, who is still primarily on formula. They should have brought their own baby food & snacks for their kid.
That's like. Parenting 101. You load up your diaper bag with food/snacks that your kid will eat. You never just wing it and assume there will be something for them.
I also side eye bc at this point he DEFINITELY eats more solid than formula. Which just blows my mind. I guess I don't know the "food rules" yet, but he doesn't even have teeth. He eats organic mac and cheese, spaghetti, turkey, veggies, fruits, all kinds of things, oh and SO MUCH bready stuff.
