I have a wish list on Amazon. It has some baking things on it and some wall decorations. And also a sewing machine because I've been wanting to learn to sew forever now.
MH is tougher, especially since his birthday was last week. I'll get him the new Paper Mario game, but other than that I'm not sure.
I told my mom that what we want is a professional photo shoot. She wants me to go do it at JC Penney. Sigh.
Other than that there isn't much I want. I have a bracelet I got myself for my first Mother's Day last year so maybe some birthstones for that (garnet and now topaz).
I got DH a really amazing Star Wars ugly sweater and socks off zulily. I spent $40 including shipping and let him know that so he doesn't spend too much on me lol
I can't fathom doing Christmas right now.. We are putting up a tiny fake tree, but I don't know when I'd have the time or mental capacity to think about gifts. It makes me a little sad bc I love the holidays but I'm trying to keep stressors to a minimum while we get our system down.
So that said, my faux wish list is:
- new camel colored flat boots - tickets to see Red Hot Chili Peppers - baubles, earrings, and such are always on my list - guest bedroom linens - new dishes for the house as we have two glass cabinets and I need to keep those cute/tidy
As far as H, I'd also get him tix for Red Hot Chili Peppers - we would both love that. And/or a watch or something techy.
danib Tell me about this baby wearing hoodie !!!!! Also, I keep hearing about this Nintendo thing and I'm like thank god H hasn't mentioned it. He seems content with his PS4 and one video game (soccer).
I feel so bah humbug about gifts. I HATE shopping for gifts for the adults. Luckily this year is easier with the baby so I'll probably just do some nice canvas prints for the parents. We did a secret Santa for my siblings. SIL and BILs and the kids are left.
H and I actually haven't exchanged gifts for a couple years now. I'd probably get him a new Nike Michigan hoodie and hat.
I haven't thought much about me. Maybe new PJs, gift card for a massage, clothes.
I have a bit of kitchen stuff on my list. A scale, a mandolin, another silpat mat, and a few other things. Also some earrings.
My H and I are getting ourselves a video doorbell for Christmas so thrilling But it will be so nice. 1) I can turn it off when baby is sleeping 2) you cant see who is at the door without them seeing us AND its downstairs so it really is a bummer sometimes.
I have actual ideas for him but this was his idea so I am going with it.
I would like a milk steamer so I can make lattes at home. I can heat up milk in a pot, but it's not the same. A new sweatshirt (mine seems to have shrunk in the wash a bit). Bread pans. New walking shoes. Dining room chairs since mine suck.
I'm giving DH 3 flavors of safe cookie dough. Whenever I make cookies, he always wants to eat the dough. He'll get chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and reeses in their own cute containers.
MH really wants the Ancestry DNA test. He's said it like eleventy million times.
I asked for 90210 on DVD
I just told H to get me one of those! I said I was going to test C so we get both of our backgrounds with one test but I've heard that it only taxes on the male side or something. I'm more curious about my side but my dad told me that he knows the exact village that our ancestors came from anyway.

DH and I don't exchange gifts for Christmas (or any other occasion); we pretty much just buy what we want ourselves. My Amazon wish list is almost entirely ebooks that haven't been released yet, so there's not much there to get for me anyway. I have stackable birth stone rings for my four older kids, but I haven't decided yet whether to buy one for this LO since I already have his birthstone from my N14 kid. I also really want to get a tattoo for my kids, but since H is pushing pretty hard for another kid already, I should probably wait until we decide one way or another before getting a tattoo that might be tough to change/update later on.
I make photo calendars every year for my parents, my sister, my grandfather, and my in-laws. My mother-in-law requested one last year and this year for her sister (who buys presents for the kids, so I was happy to oblige), and I just made one for my grandmother for this year even though I don't normally get her anything.
I feel like I've already spent a ton and done a lot of Christmas shopping, but not really...it was mostly gifts for B's birthday (this Sunday), Santa stuff, etc. And some new clothes for me. Oops.
DH is getting a new shirt, an iPad traveling case/bag thing, and a Barbour jacket. I have the shirt and bag, need to figure out which jacket and order it.
I asked for some perfume, a Clarisonic Mia, and the handbag I mentioned on the daily yesterday. It was pricey so I debated requesting it, but once it went on sale my conscience was somewhat absolved. From my parents and ILs, I requested gift cards to my favorite clothing stores.
DH's parents usually give us a joint VISA gift card so i think we may use that to buy a Roomba...merry Christmas to ME! You know you're an adult when you're excited about something that will clean up dog hair.

I'm not a huge gift person. I can never tell people what to get me. Normally I just buy what I want throughout the year. I told H I wanted a roomba and I told my mom I wanted new sheets... That's the best I could come up with.
I got H a portable Bluetooth speaker, new cologne and some clothes.
I'm actually done shopping for my family. I just need to get things for H's side now but they are easier than mine because gift cards are acceptable lol.
Mh is most likely getting some Nikes BC j always comments on the fact that he and I are both wearing our nikes, but daddy doesn't have any and that he needs some. He also needs new jeans, but if he doesn't buy himself a new pair before Xmas I am going to lose it, his current 2 pairs have no heel/cuff since he's walked them off. I was going to get him a weekender, but I floated my idea by him and he didn't like what I had picked out, so that was a bust.
DS is getting a kitchen and a balance bike.
I want some more flannels to wear around for nursing. I need some new black tall boots, or my old ones refurbished. And I'd like a replacement for my black fleece, maybe a thin puffer jacket or something.
I need to work on stockings since DS actually knows about Santa this year. I've been slacking the past few.
