I'm still nursing C, despite mh pressuring me to stop (he thinks it makes C more high maintenance and whiny 😒).
I have been off the pump for a couple weeks now and it feels great. Good timing too as work has gotten especially busy.
I nurse in the morning around 5am and he usually goes back to sleep for another 1-1.5hours. I also nurse before bed. I think we're about to drop the session when he comes home from DC. He seems less interested in it. Instead he wants to play or wants whatever snack my DD has.

We've been out for a while. She gave up on her own. I think her wicked teething played a big role because she turned into a real biter which made us struggle a day then she lost interest altogether.
I'm done, she's not. I want to wean, but she keeps demanding it. She literally says "this" and points to my boob.
Once during the day, once at bedtime, and once overnight. I don't think I'm making too much though. Tonight she drank a cup after she nursed. I think I need to be more aggressive weaning.

LT for support kensie5226. I had remembered seeing on the BF board that you were over it. It's hard. I weaned my DD bc I was over it. She wasn't though.

I'm still here. I'm down to one pump session. I had a blocked duct last week so I've been trying to wean slow. I'm down to just 4-5 mins at 2 pm. I'm hoping that in another week or so I'll push it out of my work day. On days with DD, I've started wondering if she is still hungry after nursing and it makes me a little worried about our Xmas trip because I don't plan to bring my pump or frozen milk. Otherwise we still have morning and nighttime nursing only.

Haiii!! I was wondering what you were going to do yummeecookee. Tell YH he's your last baby so you get final say!
I am so very much here. We are nursing /having milk 4-6x a day. Wake, before nap,in the afternoon, bedtime. Sometimes another one sneaks in there. And 1-2 overnight.
I have I think 100oz in the freezer. So I think I'm going to slowly wean from the pump to target 15mo. Maybe? I dk. I want to let her lead but I don't wanna pump forever.

Still nursing here. Still about 3-4 times a day and mainly before naps and bedtime.
I had said I was going to wait to start the weaning process until after I get back from the states at Christmas, but I'm considering trying to wean our morning after wake up session already. We completely missed it yesterday rushing out the door to a doctors appt and he was fine.
Z doesn't seem to be a huge fan of wcm. He'll take a sip and be done. I have a few bags of BM in the freezer I could try mixing with it initially.
In a way I'm ready to be done, he seems like it's mostly for comfort at this point. I don't think I'm producing that much these days.
I plan to continue for as long as he wants to. Obviously, stopping sometime before college, lol!
He nursing at least 6 times a day. He prefers it to regular foods. I'm actually in the process of night weaning right now. We are in night 3 of no nursing and it's amazing! Now, my plan is to get him on a schedule so he will eat more regular food. He gets mad if I don't nurse him before we eat. Like he will scream the house down until I take him out of his highchair and nurse him. So this may be a challenge. He may have to scream a little bc I want my cycles to regulate asap and this is what I need to change in order for it to happen.
I never pumped much. I started when I noticed my supply drying up but my supply doubled once L got his tubes placed. Yay for no more ear infections!!!!
I have no advice for weaning. I let my DD self wean when I was pregnant with L. I kinda want to tandem nurse this time around. I won't force it though. If he looses interest then I'm done. The weaning process was so easy with DD. No tears and no engorgement.
After reading everyone else's posts I feel like I'm nursing a newborn. This could be exactly why my cycles are so crazy. Now that I think about it, they went crazy after he got his tubes which is likely due to me producing much more milk. I guess my goal is to get him down to 4 sessions a day.
How long do you plan on continuing? No plan...as long as it works for us. I like nursing and now that it isn't as often and I can get away for some me time, it's much easier. How often is LO baby nursing? He nurses in the evening, before bed, sometimes in the MotN and early in the morning. Still pumping? I never really was pumping. I went back to work just a few weeks ago. I pumped once a day my first week back at work just so I wouldn't get uncomfortable...but now I'm not. My boobs sometimes get a little full/sore at the end of the day, but I think it will feel alright in a couple more weeks.

That makes sense. We nurse 2-3 Xs a day and my cycles are back to normal.

Me! How long do you plan on continuing? honestly I'm ready to stop too. I don't mind the nurse right before bed time but nursing all night long and then randomly in the morning and after I get home would be super awesome to drop. DH would love for me to BF forever. F only manages one 4oz bottle at daycare and another in the morning before daycare. How often is LO nursing? once or twice after work then nurse to sleep and all night/morning long since we still co-sleep. but hopefully we will sleep train him into the crib for night time so that might resolve itself? that could happen right? pretty please? Still pumping? just once a day. I missed pumping yesterday and I felt full but not crazy engorged or anything. Leftie still leaks like crazy and I'm so ready for that to stop. And real bras - my ladies would love a little better support lol.
Hai! I'm still here. I've been done pumping for over a month now but still nursing morning, after work, and bed time. I don't think C has any plans on stopping any time soon either.

I'm kinda here...K still nurses before bed and first thing in the morning but that's it. Haven't pumped in forever (hooray!) but I don't foresee him dropping bed and morning sessions anytime soon. I thought he was on the road to doing that when his top teeth were working their way out but then he was like NOPE! I'm gonna try and wean him completely before Feb though cuz I think I have to go to NY for work and can't bring him with this time....

Still here! E nurses right before bed, MOTN and morning. He doesn't point at my boobs but will grab the boppy if we're still in the living room or grab the hand towel I have where I nurse him at night. I truly don't have a plan. I thought he was just lose interest but that doesn't seem to be happening. I just stopped pumping a few days ago. Today is the second day in a real bra and they don't really fit. These are the ones I wore when I was pregnant so I may have to do some shopping.

Here! We bedshare so H does 4 throughout the night (uh, yay?) and on demand during the day. I love nursing so it's not a huge burden, even during the night...mostly. It knocks her out when she gets random baby insomnia - like sitting up and full on babbling out of nowhere. Adorable, but not at 3am.
I've been pushing food and snacks more lately and she seems to slooooowly be weaning during the day. I'd like to continue through the winter because I've noticed colds have been so much more mild for both of us when they seem to ravage everyone else.

Oh no! I felt that pain coming in yday so I pumped just a tiny bit to take the edge off. Not gonna lie, weaning scares me bc of my experiences w plugged ducts. Taking this very slow.

I didn't pump today for the first time. I got a little firm but not awful and little lady nursed right away when I picked her up. She's not terribly interested in her milk if we're not together. That would be a new (welcome) development. Like everyone else I hate pumping!!!!

Still nursing here!
How long do you plan on continuing? As long as she wants, or until I feel like I can't actually get any work done with pump breaks. It's taking longer to get the same amount of milk.
How often is LO nursing? On a work day, once or twice before I leave for work, at least twice after we get home, and once or twice, usually, overnight.
Still pumping? Yes, once to twice a day. I send about 3oz to daycare with her.
For working ladies who are not pumping/nursing during the day at all, how long did it take for things to feel okay. My boobs get pretty full in the afternoon and a little sore sometimes and it has been a few weeks. Maybe Mondays are worse since he nurses a little more on the weekends.

I stopped pumping in the beginning of November and that was mostly due to work ramping up and me not finding the time. But just last week, I had 2 days where I needed to pump just a bit. My boobs were hurting and starting to feel hard. I only pumped for like 5min, just to make myself comfortable.
