Crafty Question- knitting premie hats

No clue if I'll actually have time for this or not this month but does anyone have a basic pattern for knitting a premie baby hat? I have a newborn pattern but unsure how much to take off for a premie size. TIA!!!

No advice....but love this!!

One of my favorite blankets is one that was knitted and gifted to us while DS was in the NICU.
