Sorry I've been mia. Work has been hell. I tried talking to my boss about not working as much and getting help. So far no bueno. I will probably get put on bed rest at some point and I'm ok with that. Who schedules a pregnant woman for a 10 hour shift when I only get 1 half an hour break, lift heavy shit, and on my feet all day?
I am switching jobs in the guard. I'm excited about this, but the down side is after this kid is born I will have to go to a 10 week school. But this gives me more time away from my job so there's that.
After my maternity leave and I go back to work for like a month, I full intend on finding something else...
Got up a little early and took lo to the store while it snowed this morning. By the time we got home, the sun was out and she no longer needed a jacket. We got donuts and stuff for dinner - beef and barley stew. It's in the oven, cooking low and slow. No one seemed pleased with my menu selection, but I don't care. It's cold outside and it sounded delicious. I plan on making homemade biscuits to help ease the "pain". Laundry planned for today. DH leaves on business again tomorrow, so gotta make sure he's got enough pants.
Anybody else struggling with being really tired? I went to the store this morning for groceries,, did a load of laundry, ate lunch and I'm worn out. I fell asleep for an hour or so and still could go back to sleep.
