lilyelayne that'll be cute! kartish I dread the climbing thought. N did great in a bed but she has a totally different personality than A. I fear A wouldn't stay in her room...
Today I just need to tidy up for my sister(s). They are doing an Auntie day tomorrow for N's birthday which is coming up. Every year they take her to build a bear, lunch, and have a sleep over (but it's at my house bc it's bigger than my sister's townhouse).

aggiebug are you settling into having two kids? I read you went shopping the other day. Was that with both? I don't think I braved that by myself for a while when A was an infant.

lilyelayne it's stressing me out too! At least I have some of it done.
E has these fleece pajamas with polar bears on them she's been wearing to bed lately (her "feece bear jammies"), well now in the morning she flips out when I try to take them off of her to get her dressed. She just wants to live in these pajamas apparently.
dmorgendorffer DD has become very particular about her PJs too!
Ugh, i must christmas shop. i figured out our au pair's and her sister's gifts today. except - should i get au pair's earrings at james avery or blue nile? blue nile is a little cheaper but i have a lot of confidence in james avery's customer service.
my family doesn't usually do gift exchange - usually the kids only. but my sister and parents keep breaking the rules. i know my sister got me something and now i suspect that my parents did. it's so hard to figure out what to do! in situations like these i never know how much to spend.

I did and it was with both I have done it a few times now. It's actually not too bad most of the time. I usually wear C and put S in the cart so it works well. I decided to make a quick dash into Michaels my plan was to put the bucket seat in the cart and S in front of the cart. Except they have narrow carts so I was pushing S in the cart with one hand and carrying the bucket with the other. That was fun.
you guys i am so freaking happy. my dr just called with the results from our verifi/NIPT results. everything looks normal/low risk, and we are having another girl!!!!
dmorgendorffer G never wants me to take off his pj shirt because it always has some fun character on it. I ask him "can you take your shirt off? Do you know how?" and he'll lift the hem up to his neck & then I can take the shirt off. I also offer a choice between 2 shirts and after he chooses say "we can't put on this shirt until we take off your pj shirt."
Since there calls for a lot of snow this weekend and my pregnant sister would be making a 3 hour drive by herself they are rescheduling Auntie day. So I got a workout in tonight! I think H and I will watch a Christmas movie tonight after the girls got to bed. Maybe 'The Holiday'; I love that one.
Hey lilyelayne! Thanks for the bat signal! I'm doing great! I'm 17 weeks now with a little brother for C. C started climbing out of her crib and actually got her leg stuck between the slots so she's in a big girl bed now. Other than that, really nothing new!

So we hit the mall to see Santa. Dd1 couldn't wait to tell Santa what she wanted for Christmas. Dd2 was staring and smiling....until it came time to go near Santa and sit with him. She threw a fit. She had a death grip on dad! Lol. Didn't turn out that well. But they took one at daycare with the two of them with Santa. Dd2 was yelling at Santa but at least the pic is funny.
Going to a ceramics studio tomorrow to make a plate for mil. Going to try their feet print and turn them into snowmen. We'll see how that goes! Lol

Had a quiet day here. Didn't get the Christmas tree put up so maybe we'll do that tomorrow. We got it out of the attic three weeks ago but haven't rearranged the living room furniture to make it fit.
dreemkin hope the snow isn't too bad! tortor4 glad you're doing well! A boy, how exciting!

I got to work all morning. Made it over for DS's winter concert, but he wasn't in it because he was having a meltdown. He calmed down and I took him to try again to go with his group but it was level 11 clinginess. He was tired and hungry. Who schedules a preschool and toddler performance for lunch/nap time?
We went to our new house and had lunch and got DS down for a really short nap. I went back to the apartment to work while he slept. The an ikea run for presents and house stuff.
I just On Demanded (is that thing?) a movie that was pretty terrible but I already got so far that I just had to finish it. Anybody else do that? I always hold out hope that it'll get better I guess...

way too often. It usually doesn't get any better lol!
Work all weekend here. Last night we got about 4 inches of snow so my drive home was interesting. Plus I'm already in a loaner car because I hit a deer on my way to work last Monday so I didn't have my 4 wheel drive. It's supposed to keep snowing all day. I am not looking forward to my drive in tonight.
