So I want to make some treats for a few people I can't afford gifts for this year. I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for treats that don't use flour. I don't keep regular flour in the house, and honestly don't want to buy it. Gluten free flour is kind of expensive (about $5 for a bad that isn't half of a bag of regular flour). I'm not worried about the treats being gluten free. Any ideas?

I got stuff to do chocolate-dipped pretzel rods! Pretzels, chocolates, sprinkles, that is pretty much all you need! Oh and some cute snack bags. I plan on making some of those for some people at work like my administration and some of the secretaries and others.

ampaints, if you need any more gluten free treat ideas (maybe just for yourself), my office mate and my inlaws are gluten free and last year I did rum balls for them but I used gluten free cookies (just cheap ones I got from Walgreens) instead of regular bills wafers. They were a hit!

can you make chocolates? is there gluten in melting wafers? If you melt white chocolate and milk chocolate (mixed with peppermint extract and candy canes crushed up) into those little christmas shapes (or ice cube trays).
Almond bark? Melted white chocolate, almond extract, and almonds.
Mud Pies: -Oatmeal -Coconut -Cocoa -Butter (I can send the recipe when I get home if that sounds desirable haha). These are no bake so they're very quick to make.
Do caramels have gluten? I roll marshmallows in melted caramels, and then roll in rice crispies and those are delicious.
