Personally I agree, but a lot of ppl seem to really back to back them. One of my friends from H's program ended up with 2U1 when her second came at 36 weeks.
Someone here had 2u1, why can't I remember her username?! Â tacocatmom something. Â I suck at names guys. Â But her kids are adorable.
Honestly 2u2 was not a big deal for me at all. Â It was really nice to not have to pack up the baby stuff and my girls are best friends and really good at entertaining each other. Â I hope to do 2u2 again. Â Not crazy, I promise!

Jenna was 25 months when Brady was born. It wasn't too hard then. But now that she's inching towards 3 and Brady is working on crawling and his sleep suuuucks, I am going crazy! CRAZY! It deserves capital letters lol

Congrats! DH's cousin has 3 boys under 3. Almost down to the day, her third boy was born the day before her first's 3rd birthday.

DH is fixed. We're done, but I would like to foster / adopt in the future. We had our kids young, so we'll raise these ones and when they're 10 or 12 consider opening our home to someone who needs us. I love babies so much, I'm having a bit of a hard time knowing I'll never have another. But two is a great number for us. We love to travel, and I find things are made for families of 4. Another reason to stop at 2 was both mh and I came from families of three and it didn't really work out. Our siblings slipped through the cracks a little bit.
Hi guys! Got your tag! I am definitely not with child. Two boys and I am insanely busy as it is. I won't say we are done done...but I have no plans to get KU.

HAI!!!! Glad things are going well. I hope things calm down so you can play more.
Hey! I feel so special someone actually remembered me hahaha. We are officially done. MH got a vasectomy a few months ago and it was the best thing ever. My oldest just turned 5 last month, my middle is now closer to 4 than 3 :-( and my not so little one is 9 1/2 months ... the thought of adding any more crazy to this train makes me want to curl up in the fetal position. I'm hardly even on fb, let alone here. I'll try to poke my head in more!
Also, congrats tacocatmom you are one brave woman!

of course we remember you! And please do try to stop in more. Our group is getting smaller and smaller.
The more I think about the more I think we should wait another year given J's health. Things could always change, but I am not in a good place and I think we are in this for the long haul.

I'm undecided. I love our special situation, but I can't imagine doing it with 2. Also, M was a terribly tough baby and with her health scares, I couldn't handle it again. Combine that with not getting the time off work again I had the first time, and I think I'm OAD. Makes me sad because I hate being an only child, but I want her to have an amazing life and a sane mother.
Done, but nothing permanent - I opted for Mirena. The thought of another pregnancy (and I'll be 37 on my next birthday) makes me want to cry, the career disruption has been intense, and child care is expensive. Not to mention DH has a child from his first marriage (DSS is 17 and a high school senior), so we really have three kids.

I was an only child too and my mom was a single parent. We are incredibly close because she was able to devote her sole focus on me. It was hard at times and I was a little shit as a teen, but now as an adult I truly appreciate her sacrifices and effort in raising me. I bet you and M will form an incredibly tight bond like my mom and i have. One day she'll appreciate it too.
