There is always snow on my birthday, this year would not be the exception. My 21st birthday my mom drove me out downtown on a Wednesday to go out with a few friends in a huge snow storm. My father took me out at midnight to a local bar for one beer.

H and DD are currently facetiming with my in-laws. I had the leave the room because the sound of MIL's voice makes me want to shove toothpicks in my ears. I want to cry at the thought of them being here for the week between Christmas and New Year's. 😩

I seriously just woke up early because I had a dream where every place I went didn't have ice cream. Too bad I finished my real life ice cream last night!
I bought 3 different pints of ice cream last night, I think that shall be my breakfast.

I ended up making yummy pancakes with fruit.
Sounds lovely. Nothing even remotely appeals to me right now. I ate half of the pint of sherbet and have salad and chicken wing left overs I could eat.

So yesterday I did this stupid thing where I was rushing out of a room and clipped the doorknob with my belly on the way out. It hurt like hell and I have this huge black bruise. I spent all last night lying awake trying to feel E move. It's hard to distinguish the girls kicks right now. I think Es movements are more in the very center of my belly and Hs are always to my right side. But of course I bashed the left side of my belly so now I'm stressing non stop over which baby is moving. Am I feeling one or both girls? Was that E? Was that a head or a foot? Then of course I couldn't pick up either heartbeat yesterday with the stethoscope (I've only actually ever done it twice successfully). I think I'm going to call the OB tomorrow and ask for a Doppler to ease my mind. I know it takes serious trauma to actually hurt them but the lack of movement on my left side is causing me to panic.
Those babies are padded in there pretty well, your pregnant body is designed to protect them from the outside - try not to worry too much, mustloveerica
I'm sorry you hurt yourself mustloveerica but the babies are fine my love. Just as W said, they are protected.

MH and my mom are about to turn off the power to the house and go up in the attic to wire power and cable to our new wall. I'm very excited to have our new Christmas TV here to watch tonight.
I'm trying to bounce this baby out. I've been on the birthing ball for a half hour. I'm going to try and work on laundry and housework to kickstart contractions.
I'm probably not actually progressing any, but I know he's pretty far down.

onesweetworld yep, rock hard ute post-orgasm here. It's bizarre. But didn't seem to bother either baby. Also my shower cupcakes were funfetti! But with strawberry frosting because no one has rainbow chip around here
mustloveerica sorry you hurt yourself! I'm sure both babies are fine, but I'd probably want a check too for peace of mind.
W sending baby eviction vibes! I need to pick up some RRL supplements.
