I feel so boring because I'm sitting here trying to think of any of my stuff that I truly love. Like obviously I like things like my iPad or whatever but nothing is jumping out at me. I have a 10 year old iPod that I still use daily and will honestly cry real tears when it dies. 10 years with a ton of music and still only 1/4 of the way full.
I really want to try an essential oil diffuser. I'm thinking of buying myself one and telling myself it's a gift from H. Does anyone else use one?
Doll15, I love how easy it makes things. It doesn't grind the beans (we have a separate grinder). But it does have a frother (you heat the milk separately). I can make a cappuccino pretty easily, and the booklet has other fun recipes (I'm going to make a graham cracker latte with marshmallow topping for xmas morning). It's super easy to clean, and I feel like I get a good cup of coffee for little effort.
nikonine, do you have a favorite brand of planner?
Well...I made a crazy splurge last year and got myself an Erin Condren life planner for my birthday, and I absolutely love it, but it was very uncharacteristic of me to spend that much. I'm planning on getting a Happy Planner 365 for 2017 which very similar and is less than half the price. And the have lots of things you can use to customize it. I'm more excited about this than anyone should be, lol.
I recently got a Happy Planner to keep up with my little side business, and I LOVE IT! I love how you can customize it and add more things in. I'm not familiar with the Erin Condren one, but I do love the Happy Planner I got. Plus the cover is so pretty! I get the planner love 😊
I love my immersion circulator. It's a piece of kitchen equipment that makes my cooking life so much easier. I can cook the meats for the week on Sunday in a relaxed manner, then broil them to reheat, or chop up in other recipes over the week. So easy and simple. I also love my pressure cooker for similar reasons (quick and easy meal production).
What is an immersion circulator?? I love cooking gadgets!
Right now, it's my Ninja Coffee Bar. We were using a french press, and I honestly don't feel the coffee is any worse now (we still use fresh beans and whatnot). I can make myself fancy drinks, and it's all so easy. I want to hug it.
My ninja coffee bar is literally my favorite appliance. I always have a pot of iced coffee ready to go, and can make my caramel macchiatos on a whim. Obsessed.

sleepymonkey I'm also a big fan of my keurig! It's just so easy and convenient! Though I haven't really been drinking coffee since I got pg.
Yeah I'm with mcp6286 in that I don't do any cleaning though I did go all out on organic and natural cleaning supplies recently. We actually recently started using a cleaning lady who literally makes my life whole! Before our house was constantly a mess but now it's always mostly clean. She def goes on my list of favorites! And she's also more like a housekeeper too so I can have her do organization projects too when I have time to work with her!
Also I think I bought one of those target shirts recently! Sooooooo soft. I'm also in love with my new gap maternity jeans. I do have to pull them up a lot but they're still wicked comfy!
I love having Bluetooth in the car since I love talking on the phone and driving. My car doesn't have it and it sucks but DW's does so I love driving her car! (We did get a speaker for my car but you have to charge it so it's annoying.)
Me: 32, Wife: 38, Together for 5 years, Married for 2 years IUI #1 (8/2016): Letrozole, Ovidrel, Crinone = BFN IUI #2 (9/2016): Letrozole, Ovidrel, Endometrin = BFP!! EDD 5/26/17

It's a device that keeps water at a precise temperature. The theory is that you cook vacuum sealed food in a precise water bath, and then you don't have to worry about over cooking it. If the water is 135F then your steak can't go above 135F / med rare since it's only surrounded by 135F water. I have an anova (https://anovaculinary.com/) but there are other consumer ones on the market.

This sounds AMAZING!!! I hate overcooking meat and I always obsess over getting it to just the right temp. Maybe this can be my Xmas gift from DH
How does it impact cooking times? Longer? Shorter?

It's definitely longer since you are cooking at a lower temperature. So a steak takes about an hour to two to cook depending on thickness. What I find works really well is to set up the bags and do them in the morning on a weekend, then refrigerate in bag and pull out one each night (it's sterile inside) to cook for dinner. That part is just getting the sear on the outside and warming it through, so it takes about 5-7 minutes. It's wonderful for pork chops and thicker steaks. No more raw centers with overdone edges!
Trying to think of something that fits here. Aside from full-panel maternity leggings, which are legit my favorite right now.
Maybe my vacuum travel coffee mug. Seriously keeps things hot nearly all day. I'm always surprised if I have any left in the afternoon and it's still warm.
I also love my keurig, but I can't put it on favorite things because the coffee just isn't quite as good as when I make it fresh ground in our cone drip cuisinart or (even better) my Aeropress (love that thing). I have a French press but we rarely use it, I only really bust it out for special occasions with really really nice coffee, which I haven't bought in a while. Plus now special occasions tend to involve guests so I just make a big pot.
Now that I've talked about coffee for my whole post, maybe I will go make some.

irish14, I love my mugs that keep my coffee hot all day. I have 2 Thermos brand mugs and my coffee will still be hot after lunch. I tend to sip my coffee slowly so keeping it hot is a must. I also have a Thermos straw cup that will keep ice frozen for over 12 hours - that's what got me through first tri when I could only drink water if it was ice cold.
