I'm about to run to the grocery store. Last night was much better. Looking forward to hanging at home for most of the day.

Drinking coffee, godzilla marathon on, kids playing i mean making a mess, and laundry going.

Cookie baking, wrapping presents, baths, church and dinner at my parents for the day.

The bulk of presents are hopefully arriving tonight. It's going to be a late night wrapping!

I'm making a pot roast and cherry pie tomorrow. I love that Thanksgiving is just about food and that Christmas is a lazy day. More snowcoming tonight and tomorrow, so I'm hunkering down.

I'm just going to give it time to grow out. He cut it so short in so many places that it can't even be really blended. I was able to wash it today though and style it. He basically crew cutted the back so that's not save able but the front looks okayish. I'm still in a lot of pain but I'm trying to just take advil because the hydrocodone makes me so tired I can't take care of w.

Merry Christmas everyone! We headed up north yesterday. We left at 7am and got here by 10pm. The kids were amazing on the drive!!

I'm dying over here. This pain just sucks. The first 3 days are supposedly terrible so I'm hoping that things are better tomorrow. It doesn't help that Abigail bumped my tummy by accident.

We're trying to make it feel like the beginning of Hanukkah here even though I feel awful. I'm going to try to make some Hanukkah decorations with the kids in a bit.

Just got back from buying shoes for w. I think he kicked them off somewhere and I didn't notice because we can't find them anywhere. We also stopped by home depot and got another baby gate. We hope to install them tonight after w goes to bed. I was able to take a shower with H's help this morning and style my hair. It looks pretty good from the front but my mom mentioned multiple times how the guy "really did a number on the back"....so that was fun. W made out like a bandit from my mom and sister though.

If you guys could send out some peaceful thoughts to my sister she had an ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. She has to wait for the d&c because of the holidays so she's kind of in limbo and I think feeling very overwhelmed.

packmomma sorry for your sisters loss. It's so hard anytime, but around the holidays definitely compounds it (I experienced an ectopic pregnancy during the holidays 6 years ago, working around holiday schedules definitely impacted my treatment). Big hugs to your sister.

My local post office can eat a bag of dicks.

They have had 4 amazon packages for days. DAYS. I live half a mile out of town, so they won't deliver them. NBD but I didn't even know they were there. I called H and begged him to grab them before they closed...I don't know if he got them, and now he is at work and I am having an anxiety spiral. I know there's another reason for the season, but holy fuck these are presents for my kids.

If my H made it in time, I will do dirty things to him.

We just finished all the wrapping. Ugh. Long day. And h has said he has nothing for my stocking and barely any gifts for me. I know its not about the gifts but ffs...half the gifts under the tree are for him including google home and a super stocked stuffing. Is it wrong to say i feel slighted and am disappointed?

But i can't wait to see A's face when she opens her gifts. Especially her tablet. C won't care but thats ok too!!
