sstwinklinglites, how are you feeling now? Were you able to keep anything down this morning?
I've been in bed most of the day while Paw Patrol babysits. I was able to keep down the waffles and Gatorade, but I'm feeling really shitty now and I know it's only a matter of time before I'm sick.
hopefully it stays down! I'm sure you're low on nutrients which isn't helping your exhaustion, I'm sure.

sstwinklinglites have you talked to your OB about dehydration? I'm worried you need some fluids since you haven't been able to keep anything down aside from this morning. I thought someone on our bmb was told by an ER doc to come in after 12 hours of no food/water + vomiting for iv fluids.
Not done an escape room before. But if you are going to rookwood I would go to J alexanders before seasons 52.
We have a giftcard, that's why I said seasons 52. Lol it's one of the ones that's good for Olive garden, seasons 52, breeze, maybe red lobster? And a couple other places.
Ok. I've been there before, it was decent. I think the best thing we had was an appetizer flat bread pizza thing.

I started having lunch because I was starving, and threw up halfway thru. Drinks are what really gets me. I can keep down food pretty good, but I'm the type that drinks a lot while I eat, and pretty much all beverages make me sick.

I'll talk to her on Thur. I was way, way worse with DS and they never sent me for an IV. But I will def. bring up the feeling of dehydration and that I can't keep any water down at all and the cramping and see where we go from there.
I really love our location and don't want to move anytime soon, but space is going to be an issue soon. If we finished our basement, and had a playroom down there and a second living area, I could see us here a lot longer term. Eventually a full bathroom and extra bedroom could be put in downstairs too.
I feel think this would be cheaper than moving, but maybe I'm crazy.
Late to respond, but we refinished ours. We did a pseudo finish, which saved money. We also used a couple guys that do this on the side, so it took longer but again saved money. I don't have the exact amount we spent, but it was still not cheap. Maybe $5k? We have the front section totally finished, carpet, drywall and ceiling (drop to save $$$). The back section is painted concrete walls, no carpet and drop ceiling. Right now that section has gym mats and an area carpet. In the future I figure we remove those and have the concrete floor for roller skating, biking, floor hockey, who knows. Whatever boys want to get into. 1000% worth the spend. The boys could live down there! Couple pics.

Playing catch up. Not cheap but worth every penny. 1700 Sq ft overall and we finished 1100 Sq ft. Best investment ever. Half Bath, play room, walk out and plenty of storage.
We used a contractor from the builder. Don't recall exact cost I think $20k with flooring. We're not handy at all in this house.

I think a finished basement is a huge selling point for resale. Even something like what bazingaa did is better than nothing IMO, and so worth the money.

bazingaa looks like a really fun area for the kids! Also O has been asking where your little DS is. It's actually really cute. E says that he is O's best friend.

Oh that's cute! My big says the same thing and then that he and E are friends. 😊

That's really cute. I know that both kids love the get togethers!
