I want to crawl in a hole and restart the day. The little was up for a solid 4hrs MOTN. It was awful. Left for my hair appointment tired but pumped only to get there and be told it was cancelled because the stylist went home sick. I was livid. They claimed my number is out of service when they tried me earlier. They didn't have issue calling it in the spot though.

I need a new salon. Any recs?
My sister is a stylist at Kenwood Dillard's Salon. I know I'm biased, but she does a great job with color and cuts. Lots of continuing ed to stay up on trends. She works later on Wednesdays, so you could go after work.

bazingaa When I (eventually) do get my hair done, I go to Tanya's in Hyde Park. It's pricey though. It depends on the stylist, but is usually $40-60 for a cut/style. I'm really picky about who cuts my hair because it's so finicky and I've had some jacked up cuts thanks to stylists that think all hair should be cut using the same technique.

Can you PM me her name? Weekdays are usually tough since my H travels so much, but I'll look into it. Kenwood is a little far though not terrible.

I'm not picky with cut, it's the color. Hyde park is a little far for me though 😔
My current place is so close to me. I'm just beyond pissed that I don't wanna go back.
My girl is at salon lofts, near the liberty mall. I've gone to her for years, she was my childhood bff. It's $40 for wash, cut and style. I can pm you if you want her info

That's super close to me. Do they do color too? If so, I'd love the info

bazingaa I see Shannon Sampson at salon concepts on fields ertle (by kings auto mall). She's reasonably priced and super easy to talk with (i think there's nothing worse than being in the chair for a couple of hours with nothing to talk about).
I've got nothing of excite. Had an OB appt. today. It was (thankfully), boring. Heard babies heartbeat, got the flu shot, was on my way.
Did the dr have any suggestions for you for the nausea? Did you get a prescription? Feeling any better?
I've been better since yesterday. Just threw up once yesterday and not yet today, so we may be making a turn. She said if it did get worse again or was still happening in about a week to just call in and they'd place an order for something stronger than the B6.
She said ultrasound wouldn't be until the AS at 20 wks. and based on the results of that I can make a decision on if I want to go through with the Panorama. I should have asked about the NT, which they did around 12 weeks with DS. She did mention that there's things they don't do anymore because blood tests pretty much catch it now.
We're at ILs. Did Christmas last night. They gave me a Kitchen Aid mixer that is never in a million years going to fit in the car with everything else.
They also got DS a 4-wheeler. But they're keeping it until a later date TBD when we get the shed built in the back yard and the weather is warmer. Which means we'll be building a bigger shed than we had planned. But they also gave us cash, so I guess I'm not allowed to complain about that.

Just now catching up. First day of tiling down 28448373 to go. FIL came and helped, which was so helpful and we were able to get a ton done. I was pleased with how much we finished since it was our first time laying floor tile for all three of us. We still have more to do in the main part of the basement and we have a room off to the side we still need to do. And then we have to grout. I'm so tired thinking about it.
