LO has decided all he's going to do is smack the spoon out of my hands today.
We had this too. Teeth or attitude? Both?
Definitely both. He's cutting 4 or 5 new teeth right now, plus he's been a little testy all day. He'll slap the food off the spoon then scream because he can't eat it. You, too?

FML yes. He wants to grab the spoon and chew on it, not eat the food. And if he gets mad that I won't give him the spoon, he will hit it. He's also thrown his plate on the floor before, but that was my fault for putting it where he could reach.

DS wouldn't eat his dinner tonight, lips clamped down and shaking his head no. I randomly grab a cookie and he has no problem taking that and eating it. Really DS at almost 9 months you're already choosing snacks over dinner?

DD is figuring out how to forward army crawl on our hardwood floor by chasing after our special needs cat. I think it's adorable that she already loves the kitties this much.

Doll15 I know DS is teething when his drooling becomes a constant and the amount is comparable to a faucet. He also must chew on all the things all the time. His crankiness and sleep issues become more intense as well. Sometimes he will get a low grade fever too. He currently has 2 bottom teeth and is working on the top 2.
Just wanted to say I sympathize with all you Northeast mamas. My family is all out there and ice been following the pictures. I just have lots of cold but not too much snow. Also DH and I went to dinner for Valentine's Day and decided to try somewhere we hadn't been. Food was good but service not so much. They brought me the wrong side and gave us larger beers than we ordered and tried to charge is for the bigger ones. They did fix all that but when DH was telling his mom about it he realized we never even got our salads! I'm mad that I didn't think of it at the time and now I'm really annoyed about it.
Thank you ladies. Nothing looks swollen, and I don't see outlines. She always drools a ton, I have a bib on her most days. I guess I'll know the first time a tooth pops through lol

I hate when you actually get to go out and te restaurant messes up. Before DD I never really got upset because everyone has a bad day.. But now that I hardly get to eat in peace, I get ragey if they aren't on point.
Random but I can't stop thinking about emmagk - the east coast of Canada has gotten slammed just like Boston. How are you doing all holed up @emmagak ?
We're getting pretty hammered over here. Had another blizzard on Sunday and are due for more snow this week. It's also been so cold, usually we just have a few days of -30 wind chill but it feels like the last month has been that cold. Our washing machine has been frozen up for over 2 weeks!
Here's from out our front window, you can just about see the truck across the street
And here's the icicles on the apartments next door

DD is mad at me. For the last could of days she's been playing with the stuff puppy and tiger in her crib during nap time instead of napping. Today I could hear her talking after I put her down, and went up and took them away. As soon as they were out of the crib she started screaming.
