Does anyone else have leaky nipples yet? I woke up with a wet spot on my pajamas. 18 weeks seems early for that, but my boobs are rock hard and already have grown two full cup sizes.

I do not, but I've had friends who did have that issue. Are you wearing a sleep bra at night? That can help.

My boobs have had some leakage. I had a very hard time breastfeeding with DS at first and hope it's easier this time. Leaking boobs make me happy.
Today while I was out running errands I had a really painful "thing" that knocked the breath out of me, and I couldn't walk or talk for a good 90 seconds. It was like there was a belt around my lower abdomen and it just hurt. Like crazy. My whole belly wasn't hard though. And then it went away and I've been alright since. I've had milder versions of this, and assumed that they were BH. But now I'm not sure, because I thought they weren't supposed to hurt that badly. I'll ask the OB Thursday, but I figured I'd question you ladies also.

I would describe it as a muscle flexing. I've never had one that is painful. I think, by definition, it shouldn't hurt but can be described as uncomfortable. That sounds more like a muscle spasm or cramp. I pulled a muscle in my abs that felt like that a few weeks ago. It hurt like a bitch.
Hm. Maybe ask your doctor. I probably wouldn't do an hour. Especially with a huge temp difference like that. It may be hard for your body to regulate its temperature.
That's what I figured. It's my favorite place to go when I'm in Colorado and I can't snowboard either. Or drink. Lol what will I even do!
Well, it has been very warm here lately! Anything that raises your body temp that much is a no. I would stay away from the hot springs unless you are able to get out after short stints in.

Not sure if this is what it is but I've been getting a ton of RLP that comes out of nowhere and then goes away. Google that and the locations of it. I never had BH before and from my experience any cramping felt like period cramps.
