OMG! I love you! I need to be closer! But I also need to move at lightspeed constantly! -Indiana **poof**
I've never noticed a connection with the moon phases but there was a full moon last. Maybe that's why all the dogs are acting extra squirrelly? Because if not I expect labor to be imminent with her weird behavior.
I have a stupid cold and its really bugging me now, yeah had it since Christmas so ya know cut me some slack.
My partner is constantly complaining how tired he is! Complaining there is no food in! WTF is in the freezer/cupboards then I don't. Told me I had to take him to the shops so he could sort that issue out and I couldn't do it because I would do it wrong. Proceeded to buy what I was going to buy anyway....
Also Apparently raising our 2 year old doesn't take all day so the house should be clean and spotless...
Any true friend would have brought food with her. Since its fucking lunch time.
This is the same friend who was going to come over last week when her kids were sick (I said no). She as 3 kids and is an ece teacher. She should know better!!

otepoti, baby's here and we definitely don't have everything and are not 100% ready. It's all good! I also just wanted baby out and thus far I prefer this to the way I was feeling at the start of this week. So soon and you'll have baby!
Everyone at the hospital keeps telling me to rest but these assholes are coming to my room every 20 minutes. I just had three visitors in under half an hour. I just want to order my fucking chicken tenders and eat in peace.
Dude, I hated that. When I was in bed rest nurses would come and go every other hour all night long. And then I'd hear how I needed to rest and relax. Uh.... Ok.... thanks...

Current irritation: Someone on my friends list (that I knew in Hawaii and hung out with on occasion) sent me an invite for an Usborne book party (no biggie but I don't like starting off conversations like that). I told her thanks, but no thanks (it's on the 20th and I will be knee deep in adjusting to life with two children). And then she starts trying to make small talk. This combined with the girl who asked if I had the baby yet yesterday (and then tried to have a conversation after I was already irritated) is making me want to avoid people for the next few days. It would be different if I talked to these people more than once every couple months or so.
Mh is hanging up the framed art above the dresser. Four frames that need to be centered with the dresser and equal amounts of space between them. I told him everything need measured out exactly and asked if he wanted the step ladder instead of reaching over the dresser (which is anchored to the wall). He did not. And he eyeballed a good chunk of it. Sighs. Well it's all jacked up. It's not centered and the frames are too close together. Why must you rush things?!
I have released it for the moment. I've decided to have my dad (super handy and useful) and stepmom (super artsy with a good eye) help me redo it when they're here to see the baby and not tell mh.

We are married to the same H. My H eyeballs almost everything. And I have a Fine Arts degree, and then went back to school for engineering. Measuring things is EVERYTHING.

My bf is the same. And my dad is a surveyor. I swear it took them an hour to hang 3 pictures.

rinny, well that's an illogical pain in the ass. Spices should be easily accessibly to all. Maybe it's his way of letting you know that he will take over all cooking duties from now on...that would be nice.

That's why there aren't many pictures hanging in my house. It would take me an hour easily. If they're angled even more. Maybe I'm a bit ocd.

Truthfully, he does 80% of the cooking, this happened my last pregnancy and never changed hahahaha. He basically just pan sears meat and steams veggies and only uses 2 seasonings, I do any cooking that involves needing to use multiple spices.

All my bitching is about H right now but he's really the worst. So we've both been sick for a while now probably going on 3 weeks. About a week ago we went to urgent care and got antibiotics and I'm starting to finally get better. Well he started feeling worse 2 days ago. Pretty much the same symptoms I had the night before I went in for rcs and dealt with for a week after we got home with the baby. He is acting like the biggest man child about it. He pretty much napped all day yesterday and today, mind you I haven't sleep more than 2 hrs at a time since baby arrived. And last night he was up at 430 am and apparently felt delirious and almost called his mom to take him to the emergency room. Omg dude fucking man up. Somehow I managed through it while recovering from a c/s, bf'ing a baby and being beyond sleep deprived. I don't even want to see his face right now.
Jealous of you ladies H's who cook. Mine has never cooked anything except something he could throw in the micro.
Mine is learning. He's been doing most of it the past 2 weeks. I always make sure to thank him and never ever comment negatively. (Even if it means I grab a bowl of cereal later)
