I feel our office needs the dc's rule of 24 hours fever free. Partner who was out yesterday with a fever of 102 is back today....dude, you're not better!
Did you find out what was wrong with him? He needs to go home.
O is starting Kindergarten after one more year of pre-K too. I'm mostly upset that Z misses the cutoff so they will be 3 grades apart but two years in age.
Just got back from the dr. Z is sick again. Fever, congestion, up all night. She's just following in her brother's footsteps I guess.
O has show and tell today at school. He rolled up with four giant dinosaurs like a boss. He was so excited to tell everyone what each one was.

He still hasn't said, but his secretary keeps saying the flu.
I want to get H an anywhere chair for his 1st birthday like we did for N so I'm starting to keep my eye out for PBK sales. There is no sale on them right now and it comes to around $170 for the chair with shipping. Stupid. $20 shipping plus $10 surcharge, personalization and tax. That price goes up quick! I'll be waiting for a sale, that's for sure.
I have a PBK 15% off code that they gave me from my recent purchase. It expires 1/19. I don't intend to use it so if you want it slenle or anyone else, I can send it to you.
I have a few months until I need it and I'm sure there will be a sale, but thanks

@gustergirl - she starts kindergarten in a year? For us the cut off is October 1 so we have 2 more years of preschool before kindergarten.
This area is somewhere around December 15. I think I would have the option to hold her back if her preschool teachers and we don't feel that she's ready.
ETA: I do think about enrolling her in a private kindergarten for a half-day when she's 4c and then starting the public school in either kindergarten or first – whatever best fits her academic and emotional/social level - when she's 5.
I was considering the same, but if they start at private school for K and don't meet the age cut-off, they either have to repeat K or stay in public.
Public school will not take them as a first grader even if they've already completed Kindergarten. I know this varies from state to state.
We have a transitional K program that's for kids born in Fall. I'm told that they can test out of Kindergarten and into first after doing Transitional K.

Funny - s and b are almost 3 years apart but they'll be 2 years in school.
FB people, if I'm in a group that I don't want to be in, because posts are made ALL.THE.DAMN.TIME, if I unfollow or leave the group, does the group admin know when I do either of those actions? It's a good friends who runs the group, so I don't want to hurt feelings, but damn. Enough already.
They won't get a notification that you left, but they might notice if they look at the list of members.

mwhipple77, there will be no notification of you leaving, but the # of members will change, so if it is a small group, then the admin might be able to look at the member list and see you left, if they want to go to that trouble. If you unfollow, you will still be a member and again, no notification would be sent to the admin, and you would still be listed on the member list.

cagoldi can you try apple sauce yet? Maybe hold off giving food unless he seems really hungry? I know I had to keep myself from eating so I wouldn't have the bathroom issues. (Obviously not suggesting you starve him)
We're doing rice cereal to try to stop him up. So far no luck. : (
As seen on FB, "I was forced to vaccinate my kids. I'm required to inject them with poisons so they can go to DC while I work. This is why we need Trump."
Is there a brain eating amoeba epidemic I don't know about yet?
