How much water are you drinking?? I am one coffee in a.m, water until 3, my have to have diet coke, more water until bed. This sounds like alot, but I've noticed I'm not drinking much water in between my two faves. I need motivation...
Brag about your intake and make me want to be a better person
I've been doing pretty good since I found out I was preg. This weekend I've at least 64oz plus per day, have had no coffe or diet coke this weekend. I will be drinking coffee tmw, but will be reducing my intake to only 12 oz as that brings me pretty much to my caffeine limit.
About 90 oz a day. 68 oz during the work day - I know because my water bottle is 34 oz, and I fill it twice. A big glass of water in the morning, and a couple at night. If you need to up your water intake, I recommend buying a water bottle you like. I started drinking a lot more after I got mine.
I gave up coffee prior to all my IVF cycles (some studies suggest it decreases blood flow to the uterus, so therefore decreasing my chances). So I just decided to continue not having it. I am not a soda drinker, with the exception of ginger ale because it helps my MS. I drink at least 64 oz of water, plus a glass OJ and/or milk.
I was easing off coffee around the time I conceived, and MS hit around 4 weeks, so that's been eliminated other than a couple sips here and there to see if I still have an aversion. I do. And since I do not tolerate sugar well and aspartame shoots my body with pain, I've always been a big water drinker. I'd guess I'm doing between 60-80 oz on a given day, judging by my office bottle refills and home cup refills.
Something that helps is getting some carbonated water and mixing in a little juice or drink mixer. It keeps you from getting bored or not fond of the taste of water.

I was a big water drinker before I got preg again. I got 100 oz a day and did not drink any coffee or soda during the day. Now that morning sickness has hit I get 40-50 oz on a good day. I just cannot drink more than a sip at a time.

I was doing good 64+oz a day the ms kicked in and I was lucky to keep a sip in me. Now it's hit or miss. I need to try and step it up again. I am usually better if I feel my favorite bottle up then if it's there I will drink it. But if I forget or don't get around to it. I don't do it.. I totally agree about getting a bottle you like, it really helps me. I also got a mio at the store to see if the flavor helps a little. I thought it would be bad with ms but it's not to much flavor so it works.. For now

I normally hit about 100 oz a day. It is all about the cup. I drink one when I wake up, one on the way to work, one at work, and one at home in the evening and I know I have hit 96 oz. I normally will get 2 at work thought. I have a fun polka dotted tervis that makes me excited because I am six.

What is it about a damn Tervis?? I love my Tervis too!...Because I'm 6+1/2.
I drink between 64-96 oz a day. I also drink 16-32 oz of mint herbal tea. I find that it helps with my queasiness very well and is a good substitute caffeine substitute.

Not enough, but I don't normally feel thirsty, either. The over-salivation issue is really bugging me with that. I also drink ginger ale, about 1 small can a day, to keep the ms at bay.
I drink 101 ounces of fluid a day. I count all non-caffeinated, non-alcoholic beverages, but it's mostly water. It's a number I got out of a book I read when I was pregnant with DD. I have an app on my phone to keep track. I continued drinking that much PP because of BFing. I now think I may need to up it, because still BF & now pregnant again. I've been very thirsty the last few days.
I am terrible at drinking water. I cut out all caffeine and artificial sweeteners, so by necessity I'm drinking more than I did before, but not by much. Maybe 2 big glasses a day? I usually have a glass of milk with dinner and then a pellegrino somewhere in there. I need to get better but it's hard when I already have to pee every hour.
I'm a horrible water drinker all the time. I have been focusing on drinking more regular, unflavored water. I have Mio as a back-up if I can't stomach the plain water. I'm aiming for 80-90 ounces a day. It will be so much easier when school gets out. It's hard to leave and go to the restroom as often as I need to when I drink enough water.

it's totally about the cup!!! I drink at least 100 oz a day and love my Starbucks cold cups. I have 3.

Damn. I'm really slacking. I maybe get 40-50oz on a good day.
I don't really keep track though. I just drink when I'm thirsty. My doctor hasn't said anything, so I'm not too concerned. We live in a very humid environment, so that helps.

Tervis makes you a kid? Because I have a ton of those adorable cups.
