No official doctor visit this month so I only have an unofficial weight.
Weight (percentile): 14 lbs, 12 oz
Height (percentile): Seems to be around 23.5-24"
Head (percentile): Didn't measure
Clothing Size: 6 months
Diaper Size: 2
Likes this month: Food, Playing in Sit Me Up, The Beatles, Eating his hands, mornings, shushing sound.
Dislikes this month: Changing clothes, falling asleep, waiting more than 10 seconds for bottle to go in his mouth when he's hungry, night time,
Questions/Concerns: The past few days he has been just losing his mind in the evening and the only thing that calms him is the bottle even when he's eaten recently. He's averaging 31 oz a day but maybe he needs more than that sometimes. I just worry that it could be something else and maybe the bottle is covering it up.
AW your LO:
Thanks aggiebug for the Sit-Me-Up suggestion. He loves it!!
We haven't been to the dr this month so I'm guessing on size. Weight: ~12lbs Height: ~24in Head: ~15in Clothing size: 3-6m Diaper size: 3 Likes this month: trying to swallow her entire fist, cooing, nursing Dislikes this month: sleeping, gagging on her fist No questions/concerns

goldenlove3 is it within a few hours of his first long stretch of sleep at night? M is finally going longer stretches between feedings except for right before bed. She cluster feeds for at least an hour+ almost as though she's trying to fill the tank, and I know she's not getting nearly as long as a sleep stretch as your little guy.

sophiegrace It's been anywhere between 6 and 9. Sometimes it's as we're trying to put him down for the night but other times it's earlier than that. His feedings are still so random. Sometimes he downs 6 oz and is up 3 hours later, other times it's 2 oz and he's out for 6 hours. But maybe it is just cluster feeding. I haven't thought about that since we're bottle feeding.

goldenlove3 I can't imagine how frustrating that has to get especially since you don't want to waste a whole bottle if that's not what he wanted. Wonder weeks did say that with this past leap (11.5-12.5 wks) they cry harder and longer than they used to. I know the helps zero percent though. I spend most of my time assuming I'm messing up in some giant way.

Weight: 15lb 6oz
Height: 24 inches
Head: 15.5 inches
Diaper: moving to 3s once the current box of 2s is finished
Likes: her winkel, being propped into the sitting position, bath time, mornings, the medicine time song, smiling, laughing, cooing, and of course eating time!
Dislikes: having to wait for anything, sudden noises, taking naps off Mom
Q/C: probably if I could find my brain!
AW your LO: such a night and day difference from the last month check-in. Her reflux is in check and she is so happy all the time. I'm having so much fun with her and cannot get enough! And as of last weekend she lets H hold her occasionally and gives him the BIGGEST smiles.
Likes this month: smiling at mommy , comforting on the boob, car rides, watching her brother, looking at toys hanging in front of her, the music the cat plays on her rocker chair.
Dislikes this month: when her brother throws things at her, yells in her face, or rocks her chair too violently (he is desperate for an age appropriate playmate). When bedtime is too late because I have to put both down myself or wait for H to get from work. Baths when the water goes over her head. Being cold after the bath.
Questions/Concerns: I'm just ready for longer nighttime stretches.[poof

Weight (percentile): 11lb 11oz
Height (percentile): 24"
Head (percentile): 15.5"
Clothing Size: 0-3, 3-6
Diaper Size: 1, 2 at night (though we just finished our last pack of 1s).
Likes this month: Eating, the swing, rnp with her purple blanket, baths with mommy, playing with toys on her back, chewing on hands/toys/blankets, watching people
Dislikes this month: Baths without mommy, standing still for too long, being cold, wind
Questions/Concerns: She seems to have grown in height a lot, but only gained a pound this month. I'm still nervous about her weight gain. Her monthly average is 1/2 an ounce a day or so which is fine, but since I've been weighing her weekly, she seems to have weeks where she barely gains anything at all. Maybe that's normal and she's using her calories to get taller and head bigger now and then she'll gain a bunch again? I don't know. Her spit up seems to have slowed a bit so that's good at least.
Yes, 1/2 an ounce a day is normal. The issue is that she'll gain like 5 oz in a week on average for a few weeks and then only like 1 or 2 oz in a week.
Thats fine too (and one of the downfalls of weekly weighs). Our PHN always said to look at the overall picture rarher than individual weeks.
(assuming healthy baby of course)
Thank you. I think it is the downfall of weighing more frequently than once a month. I looked at her book and she's been gaining about 1lb 1oz a month since birth. I think I need to just weigh her once a month from now on.

Weight (percentile): 14 lbs
Height (percentile): I don't know, no 3 mo appt
Head (percentile): I don't know
Clothing Size: 6 months
Diaper Size: 2
Likes this month: Fisher Price bouncy chair, loves this thing! He will sit and grab the toys forever! Napping! Finally! He's taking 2+hour naps. I worry about when he goes to daycare though I hope he will still be able to nap.
Dislikes this month: his car seat, I bought a new one! Chicco keyfit ftw!
I'm finally doing one of these! I usually skip them because with one of the younger babies I just kinda forget.
D turned 3 months on Saturday (2/18). No 3 month appointment but I stepped on the scale with her on Friday and she was 14 lbs. 13 oz. So, fairly big!
Clothing Size: 3-6 and 6 months, and some 6-9 months. It can be a bit tricky because some larger styles are too long for her but smaller ones are way too tight for her round belly and ample thighs.
Diaper Size: 2 but I want to move to 3. Unfortunately I have a ton of 2's left 😕
Likes this month: her Wubbanub, watching her big brother, her mama, "talking" and blowing raspberries, Freddie the Firefly, being held facing outward, motorboat noises (easiest way to get her to smile), chewing her hands and other people's fingers/arms.
Dislikes this month: baths with Daddy, not being fed exactly every 2 hours during the day.
