I have really been doing great since the new year! I am definitely a resolution person!
I have been doing a sort of modified version of the challenge running through Tone it up (my favorite fitness site) and I am trying to do the strength workouts on their schedule 3 times a week, plus walk with the stroller at least 3 times a week weather permitting (which so far it has). I also am trying to move more during the day and am shooting for 10k steps, which is super hard for me! I just started this week, today will be my first day trying to do it without a dedicated walk during the day bc the weather looks is crappy today. I am currently pacing and typing. Lol. I divided it up and it's 770 steps an hour while I'm awake... so far I'm a little behind today but not much, hence the pacing...

Been trying to do cardio at least 3x/week to justify paying for the gym, and so far it's been working! I need to add in strength/core training at home on the days I don't go.
I'm at a standstill for weight loss until V weans, so just trying to get back in shape for now.

I've been on vacation for most of January so although I've been walking a ton, I've been eating out for every meal. I'm sure I'll be five pounds heavier when I get home!

I'm doing the Bikini Body Mommy challenge on parenting. Today is day 4. I like that she's a similar body type and gets out of breath. She's not a super thin, unrealistic expectation athlete, that I want to punch in the face. It's also like 8 minutes of actual movement. I can do 8 minutes.
I'm going to try and do the entire 90 days. We'll see.
