Yay for adult time and warmer temps michyme123 I still haven't left Z overnight. I've been ready ever since he weaned in November, just haven't had a good reason to do it.

That's so nice that they offered to watch the boys for you and your H michyme123!
MIL noticed M was walking with a limp today. The babysitter did tell me he fell yesterday in the park, but I hadn't even noticed anything until MIL brought it up. If he doesn't have any swelling, or fever, and doesn't seem to be in a pain, I should just give it a few days for it to go away on it's own, right? The look on MIL's face this morning though, as if she saw a ghost.
Oh yea, and my Russian Immigrant babysitter referred to M as capricious yesterday. She barely speaks English. Yes, he can be fussy, that we all know lol.
Hi! I'm home sick. On my birthday. So that's fun. I think I have H's stomach bug - not as bad (so far), but I threw up once this morning and feel super light headed every time I get up. So I'm spending the day in bed with some HGTV and hoping this passes quickly. We're actually supposed to take DS to my MILs Saturday for his very first night away from us - I do not want to have to cancel those plans!!

Happy Birthday jillywilly! Being sick on your birthday is the worst.
After hours of work Tuesday and Wednesday to get everything done by 3pm, found out at 2 the depos were getting pushed back till February. Can't wait to see what today has in store.
michyme123 +6 yesterday!!! Crushed some weather records! And a ton of snow from our backyard melted which is so weird! I'm sure February and March will have something to say about that development, lol. Even after this whole above freezing stretch is over it shows pretty mild temps. Fingers crossed the below -40 phases are over for the year.
Hidden Figures and Passengers are both on my list. Also La La Land, Live By Night, and Collateral Beauty (although this may be out of theaters now).
Just secured a babysitter for our date night tomorrow and thinking about going to the theater that has dinner and drinks to see Live by Night- it looks so good!
I worked a half day today and DD stayed at the sitter. As I was getting her out of the car to go in, she looked at me and said "Work, mommy?". Cutest thing ever.
A random question - when having professional pictures taken in your home, do you wear shoes? We never have shoes on at home but it feels weird to be wearing regular clothes (I.e. not pj's or lounge clothes) and have bare feet showing in pictures. M's newborn photos are tomorrow and I realized that I need to figure out something for H, W, and I to wear. We will be pretty casual (jeans & a casual button down for H, jeans & blouse for me).
We wore shoes for newborn pics with both boys. Just flats for me.
